You ONLY file separate when the son/daughter entered 90 days later than your wife and pay his/her application fee and biometric.
If you daughter entered together with your wife then you ONLY pay $85 for biometric and your wife aplication fee $505 + $85 for biometric.

Yes she came here together with my wife. Thank you so much for the info.

Current fees are all listed on the USCIS website for removal of conditions.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionMy stepchild cr2
We are about to file ROC on the end of the month, my wife and my stepchild came here under CR1 and CR2 do we need to file separate? How much do we need to pay for filing and biometrics? My stepdaughter last name is legally changed under my last name but she is not legally adopted yet its under processing? Can we file her name to my last name? I will attach the court decision. Thanks in advance.

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionquick question

Hey Big...

i was thinking the same thing...the government has access to all our files--public and private--so why spend the effort to try to be secret

Thank you. I would not bother to leave the last 4 digit then

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionquick question

I did block out mine but left out the last 4 digits of the account number. As for the figures, I blocked out the balances but left the amount for each transaction but towards the end, I didn't care anymore and just left it all out.

Thank you so much
