K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresDivorce before applying for K1 visa

ok thanks for the feedback.

one more question........

we took nearly 500 pix of our time together,   mostly just me and her,   but a cpl with her daughter and some with her coworkers and friends,   but none of any other family because they live too far away and she rarely sees them.     Will just our pix of me and her together,  and the pix with her daughter,  and the ones with her coworkers and friends be good enough proof?   of course i also have all the airline receipts and phone records,  and online chats and a number of other things to submit.    i just want to make sure we have everything we need so we get approved.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresDivorce before applying for K1 visa

So here's my story....  my name is Justin,   I'm from Illinois,  a lil over a year ago I met the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with,  we just knew from the first time we chatted online that we were perfect for each other.   Her name is Pitcha,   she lives in Bangkok.   We chat online all day, every day,  yahoo cam, send each other gifts,  occasionally call,  and so on.       About 6 months ago we tried to get a tourist visa so she could come here and we could meet and see where it goes.   We did not know much about the visa process and the high percentage of tourist visas getting denied at the time,   so of course we got denied.  After she got denied I decided to go her.  My first time leaving the US and first time ever being on a plane.   After my 25 hr journey to the other side of the world,   we finally meet,   and spend 2 weeks falling more in love than we were before.   Was the most amazing experience of my life.   The only bad part of my trip was having to leave her standing in the airport with tears pouring from her eyes as she watched me leave,   not knowing how long it will be before we meet again.                                                                                                                                                                                                 Ok so now my question.......she is separated from her husband,   but not legally divorced.   They have a daughter and he still takes care of her and her daughter.  They remain friendly and civil to each other for the sake of their daughter and their home.   They are able to live in an apartment of his workplace since they are still legally married.   Here is where it gets complicated..........he knows me and her are happy together and want to marry.    but if they legalize the divorce,   then he will no longer support her and she will be forced to move and will create problems for her and her daughter.    I know the visa process takes a lot of time,     so my question is......Can we start the K1 process while she is still married as long as she gets divorced sometime during the process?   I just worry that she gets divorced and our K1 visa process takes up to a year and she is having a tough time there for a year.   Any info helping our situation would be much appreciated.   Thanks for reading.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresTourist Visa Denial Effect on K1

Me and my Fiance were denied a tourist visa almost a year ago.   At the time we were not engaged to be married.   We didnt know much about any of the visa processes.   We just thought she could come here to America for a month or so to visit then return home as she had strong ties to her home in BKK.   So of course she was denied so i then went to visit her for a couple weeks in Thailand.   i proposed to her and now we are starting our K1 visa process after doing more research this time around.     My question is.......will the denial of our Tourist visa effect our K1 visa process since our relationship has grow since we applied for the tourist visa?   Will they have our denied tourist visa on file and question us about it at time of the interviews for the K1?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresWait time between divorce and I-129F?
So if Thai law states that Thai citizen must wait 310 days before remarryimg, does this mean we have to wait 310 days after legal divorce before we can submit our I -129F?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresWait time between divorce and I-129F?

She is still currently legally married,  but we are engaged.   We have almost all of our I-129F packet complete.   Just waiting for her legalized divorce papers.  She will divorce maybe next week.   We want to start our visa process asap.  Will they frown upon the fact that she was still legally married while we became engaged?

How soon after a Thai woman divorces her Thai husband can she and her American fiance begin the K1 process and send out the I-129F?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresProof of Engagement
Will they ask details about the wedding during the interview? We're not really sure yet about what kind of wedding we want to have, and also depends on what time of the year those 90 days happen to fall on if we are granted the visa.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresProof of Engagement
What kind of proof of relationship or engagement is required? I have the ring receipt, our letters of intend to marry, chat history about getting married, yahoo, Facebook, and Skype, calls, texts, flower receipts, many pictures of us looking very much in love when I went to visit her in her country, several gift receipts, along with other receipts from when I visited her, airline receipts and boarding passes........ what else might we need to prove our relationship is legit?

I finally got a call for an interview in the morning. The job is only going to pay $10-12/hr but that should be enough for now to show that I can support her. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have a solid work history with management experience. I've applied at just about every place within a 50 mile radius that pays $10/hr+ and no luck yet. I've even begged for my old job back but my former superiors didn't want to lose their jobs so that's why I'm now out of the job. Might have a lawsuit against my former employer, but that's not going to help us get our visa.

So as long as I provide my W2's from the previous 3+ years then that will be ok even if i am currently unemployed?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresJoint Sponsor Bangkok Embassy
Me and my fiance have been flying right through this whole K1 visa process. Everything was going great. Our I-129F was approved and send to the Embassy in Bangkok. They received it and my fiance just completed the DS-160. The problem now is that I just lost my job. I worked there over 6 years and made well over the 125% poverty level. But now I'm unemployed and desperately seeking a job, any job. I'm considering taking a class to get my CDL to become a truck driver but that takes time and at this stage in our visa process time is not on our side. There are not many options for employment where I live. I have several people, family and friends, that make good money that are willing to joint sponsor us if needed. So my question is if I don't find a job soon will the Bangkok Embassy allow joint sponsors if I also show proof I'm taking a class to obtain my CDL and seeking employment? Also if my fiance just submitted the DS-160 how much time do we have between now and the interview where she will need to provide the documents that I can support her?
