I want her to be done with her exams, and the interview already!!! 5 more weeks Guys I was reading ur posts and really adore the kind of relationship u possess with ur wives... I wonder...if it is not a proof of relation that u gonna spend so much money on buying tickets to attend the interview with ur wives specially when the world economy's facing extreme bad time, then I have nothing to say... My hubby is so dedicated and wants me to be with him, that is why, he is trying all his best possible ways like u guys...he will also be coming for this purpose...I hope this will be a plus... The rate of issuing a visa for US Embassy Dhaka is really not very high....We often push back to AP ... NVC no longer mail out appointment letter unless you dont have e-mail address then they do. Sonia Sonia, If your case has not assigned interview date has nothing to do with embassy being closed for day or two. NVC schedule the interview date in slot embassy provided them. Local police station khulna refused to provide Police certificate so they took it from Paikgacha Thana. and attested with FM. will it be any problem? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Need advice about scheduling interview with Consulate, CR1 Visa and multiple entries into US after visa is issued	First of all, if I were in ur situation I would have tried to reschedule my interview in later dates..Like u know, may be in July. Why would consulate be strict about it anyways? Lets say, if u are not allowed to reschedule interview, in that case, when u and ur wife are going to States for vacation, wait for the green card to arrive. It takes 2-4 weeks. Once the green card is with her, she will be free to go anywhere, and fulfill the commitments......... So like, try to make the vacation considering the fact that GC may take upto 4 weeks (sometimes earlier)...u will be fine with it...rn't u? Khaled, Here are your answers... 1) Phone log was requested from the service provider (For me it was grameen phone). You pay Tk 115 for each month and get ur itemized statement with ur bill. I got a huge bunch of papers, it is about 50 page bill for 3 months only. Signaficantly shows my thousands of my husband's sms, incoming calls etc. 2) I am really not sure if they gonna allow my husband in the interview room. But, we will enter the room together, just to make sure the CO knows that he is here. If after that CO asks him to leave the room, he would cordially do that. I hope this will help...It is just to give them a feeling that my spouse is really concern about this issue and bonafide enough come and accompany me to my interview. Well for Malaysia, we went there only for 4 days. Was in the KL city mostly, went to Ganting Island once.......My husband always came for a very short time like 2 weeks...so could not manage time longer than that.... Dear Khaled, As u can see I am trying to constantly in touch with whatever going around....And we have just passed our 2nd year anniversary exactly 10 days back. We suffered a lot....And it is like we have been waiting for this for ages... Well, as for my preparation, I just made copies of my wedding pics and other family, and it is almost 150 photos. I will take them all. Also gonna have our time together in POHELA BOISHAKH the Bengali new year on Monday, will take photos and take them toooo..I have not done my medical...Will be doing it when my husband is here with me....He wanted to accompany me for this...also I have filed my money transfer reciept,my leave applications( from my employer whenever he came in BD) and I took leave, FC account papers where I am the Nominee for him, Air ticket boarding pass for our trip to Malaysia, and phone logs for last 3 months....this is it...whatelse??? So they said it is requested by the embassy to change the date...So according to embassy it is on 27th. Since nothing to loose...We will show up on 20th with all our correspondences (Since we have interview letters both from NVC and Embassy for April 20th). If they ask us to come back the next week, we are fine with that. Beside, we have our K3 interview scheduled on 26th, we are hoping to face the interview on that day....We want to go with even 1% of chances as becuz my husband will be with me on those times....and we simply have nothing much to do but poking Embassy for a visa... Yeah, we were also thinking of it...Lets say, we did not get the mail, which is not very unlikely to happen anyways...so, what if we go on 20th? We have interview letter and instruction packages from Both NVC and Embassy....What will it be the worst case? They would ask us to come back on 27th.... Pretty weird...I am just thinking why is it all happening to me... Anyways, we would definitely show up on 20th. What if that I really miss my original interview date which is on 20th? Who would be responsible? I guess, no one...I have only 1 piece of paper which says it is on 27th and everything else, including NVC AVR and emails are saying it is set on 20th. Someone has to tell you when it is exactly. If you get someone to answer, which I have always been able to do, then get their name, and a confirmation number or code or something confirming to you that they gave you the correct interview date. That way you have proof when you arrive for the interview. Noop It is not NVC..It is embassy...US Embassy Dhaka.... They issued two letters same day on March 18th. One mail contained the instruction package and the interview letter saying it is on 20th. Another one, in separate mail saying it is been scheduled in 27th, and it has no intruction package. It also mentioned please disregard any date provided earlier. Here is more detail to clarify 1. Got interview letter through email from NVC INTERVIEW DATE April 20, 2009 2. Got interview letter with instruction package by mail from Embassy INTERVIEW DATE April 20, 2009 (Only petitioner/agent received it) 3. I was so happy with my interview date which was on April 20th, as u all know that from my signature, we (me and my hubby) got interview letter through email from NVC. Later on, he also received a interview letter issued on March18th and received it couple of days back which was from US Embassy Dhaka. All was goin fine. However, today my husband got another letter saying that my interview is scheduled for 27th???!!!!!!!! I mean what the hell is going on here??!!! My husband immidiately called to NVC, and they said, as per their system it is on 20th....They have no record. Then, they asked my husband to call DoS (I guess, not sure where, but it is in Washington) and gave him the number. But unfortunately, he could not talk today cuz it was already 6 o clock in the evenning. So, what is going on here? I never heard any mess like this so far.
