US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Packet 3 question	Abdalla and i are waiting for Packet 3 to show up but it has been 35 days since the approval from USCIS and still no packet 3. Any one know if this is normal or not? I have tried to call NVS and USCIS ( totally worthless customer service!) and they say its been sent to Cairo, but i don't trust these people, most of them couldn't find there way out a wet paper bag Also, i sent my original divorce paper in with my packet to the USCIS, do i need to send it again to go wiht packet 3 or no? I prayed we would but i was worried, But today it is 110% "real" for me... IN A HEART BEAT! despite the economic ####### of Egypt Abdalla and i both plan to move back to Alex in 5 years. we just want to be able to have a flat paid off and a nice car a a bit of money in the bank first. after doing that math 5 years will be our get out of america time. I want to raise our kids in Alex i want them to see the calm nice life Egypt has to offer and once they are grown the can choose what they want, to stay in Egypt or to go back to the US. First step complete! A few more to go.... Anyone's guess exactly how long it will take... start working on your I134 Affadavit of Support... You can also start doing his forms before he even gets his Packet 3. I did them for him here and mailed them to him with my I134 and he just signed them. He can get his passport copied, a certified copy of his birth certificate... and then when he gets his Packet #3 he can go get the police report and his medical exam and get the receipt from the CIB bank for the Visa fee and mail it off PRONTO! I had to call the USCIS today because we have been approved, but i have yet to receive the NOA2, and it has been over a week since the web site showed it was mailed, and both times I called i was NOTHING at all, basically i have to wait 30 days before they resend it....fine ok, i understand that. so i asked what exactly do i need to send Abdalla now? they reply, we don't know..... how in the freaking hell do you not know? do you work for USCIS?? i kept my calm and was nice but they will not give me case number or any info at all, and i was spoken to like i was less then human, these are the most nasty, rude, hateful people i have ever had the displeasure of speaking to and i dont understand why! can I complain? any one know how? and how do i find my case number? i have the recipt number but I thought there was now an actual case number.
