IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	FINALLY TSC NOA2	This has been done before.    They don't care.    USCIS is lying every month and making little progress to accomplish the "5-months-by-May" goal.  Maybe it won't help, but I can't stand another day of feeling like I have no control over this. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Activity on Case	So today is our 9 month anniversary of filing our I-130 (Could have had a baby by now..). I called the Service Center for an update this morning, and a Tier 2 Officer told me that "There was activity on your case yesterday" but she couldn't tell me what it was. Possibly that they started looking at it, but hadn't finished yet.    Has anyone been told this before? We just received (this morning) a request for more information for our I-864, pertaining to my 2013 taxes. We will have the papers overnighted and arriving tomorrow.
