Now I get to help her fill out the form, and collect her police certificate, single certificate, etc. Sorry I haven't kept up to date on the race, but I've been busy. It's probably just a mix-up in the paperwork. It doesn't make any sense that they'd forward your petition to VSC. But, government isn't known for always being rational. Also be thankful you're not stuck with a high fraud consulate. The average wait time from NOA2 to P3 in Guangzhou is three to four months. Then another month or two for the interview. Then you have to be all stressed out about the interview, because they like to deny because you have a hair out of place, or the planets aren't correctly aligned or something.
