K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Just Called USCIS October Filer	i m waiting for a noa2 and i m with vermont too. a have call like 3 times and i hate to said but they just lie. i place my aplication on september 13 i haven`t get any rfe every time i call the said to me to wait 15 days or they tell me they working in some days like they just said to you . 6 days ago i place a (e-request)on uscis . and yesterday a got this emael On April 4, 2013, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-129F petition to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved. Your petition/application is still pending consideration.
