IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	wish to set immigrant visa interview in United States	I might go back in manila this april ang hopefully the interview will be fix in manila... for the information we Filled my visa application direct to chicago immigration when we visit in USA last August 2012 (since kuwait american embassy dosent have a direct immigrant visa application) .... only we write my "older address which is Kuwait" and my US address ..... but now when we pass online the ds260 we change the address.... to manila and USA.... the status said my visa is ni NVC... my papers is in chigago NVC I did not passed anything in kuwait...	bjean	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-11-11 14:28:00

Online but and we update and change my address to manila and US but I don't know how it goes... I'm not resident now in kuwait I only file my application there because I was living there before and now I can't go to kuwait cause I don't have kuwait visa..... yes I understand my friend file an adjustment visa but on my case I need to change my case number cause I'm not resident now in kuwait. I'm resident of manila now but I'm in US for vacation till april so if its not possible in US I rather wait interview in manila and contact nvc to change country consulate jurisdiction..... I know someone who interview in US but in her case she file spausal in US ... in my case I wish to change country interview location from kuwait. We recently sent in my DS-260 online form and they emailed  us to gathered all requiments such as Police Clerance / Marraige Certificates all original and they told to wait for after 30 days ... after Ds 260 whats the next step??? If im fotunate to get an Interview schedule is it possible to change Immigrant Visa Interview Location and do it in United states ? how? , we filled my visa application in kuwait but now i moved to manila and now currentlly on vacation here in USA.i wish to do the Interview in United states since im currenly here for vacation.my case number is in Kuwait (kwt) but It will be difficult for me to go to kuwait for a Visa interview since im not residing there anymore and my kuwait visa expired aswell. big thanks	bjean	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-11-05 23:22:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	how to transfer my interview from Kuwait to Philippines	After 2 years waiting finally NVC schedule my interview its on February 2 ...BUT my case is in kuwait and im not living in Kuwait anymore ....I live in philippines since july and my visa was expired now in kuwait I cant attend the interview now in kuwait. .. I email kuwait embassy but it will take 2weeks for them to responce via email and I cant call overseas prepaid maybe expensive we all know calling immigration take hours on waiting before they answer phone... I am in United States right now on visitor visa and we call nvc and we referred us to CSI immigration and after 3 hours waiting on the phone they told I can file adjustment status but its new applications it will take 6 to one year ... and I need to pay 400 $ and 1000 $ and fill up a form and write a letter that "I did not intent to live in United States" because im on visitor visa ... we find it complicated and took lots of time so we decided to wait on kuwait response ... Questions: 1) how I can transfer my case interview from kuwait to manila... 2) how long I will wait to transfer my case and interview... 3) do consular embassy can schedule "online" interview for ir1 spause visa ??
