Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionTo Include IVF Treatment with I-751?
Well if one piece of evidence would convince me, that would be it, you do not need to go into great detail to USCIS, just a form or something showing that IVF treatment is taking place.
I sent a copy of a lawyers letter showing that we are in a legal battle with my wifes ex husband over custody of my stepson, didnt give all the details, just enough to show we want to keep our family together.
You would just need enough to show that you want a family.

Forgot to add, Good Luck with the IVF, my wifes brother and wife went that route, Triplets will be 3 in May :D

Hope that helps

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionVery worried here! Just a simple quick question HELP
It has to be more than proof of a marriage, it is proof of a relationship that is being looked for, Marriage certificate, Photo's are the easy evidence, look through the other posts on here and see the evidence required,

Both names on Mortgage or Tenancy,
Joint bank accounts,
Joint credit cards/loans ect
Copies of both drivers licences showing same address,
Joint Tax filings

These are a few.

Hope this helps a little

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussionwhen should i file ?
Just ensure your I-751 and package gets to the Service Center during the 90 days prior to the GC expiry date, if it is sent early then there is a very good chance that it will be returned, if sent after the Expiry date, then you will need to include a letter explaining reason for it being late.

Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussiondivorced but victim of domestic abuse
Hi,

Just read the I-751 and the instructions for completing it, there is a section for applying when divorced and it mentions abuse, so read carefully and then post any other questions. I hope this helps a little and i am sure that others will reply, sorry that your relationship ended as it did.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionQuestion about the timeline
Passport can still be used to leave China? NOA would be valid only for US soil, we are not US Citizens yet and will be required to follow the immigration rules of home countries, that is carrying passports.

Thanks guys, just realised i read the letter the wrong way.

You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status.

I got thinking they were going to start it from 2009, now realise my status started in 2009 and is not taken off new card and thus reducing it by 2 years.

Thanks.

Hello VJ'ers, Today i recieved a letter from USCIS,

Congratulations! Your request for removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved. You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjustment of status. This came from Charleston SC. Maybe VSC is giving work to local offices.

Question, should the new card be valid for 10 years or 8 ????????????

Hope all you Guys still waiting get good news soon.

Date of Approval 11/29/2011

I think lots of people on here are waiting to hear the result of your call to VSC. they seem to be getting slower. hardly any approvals issued for Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr and not one Bio appt issued for April yet.

My understanding is, that nothing appears on the case status page until the Biometrics letter is issued, then you use that receipt number.
