Hi All,    I am waiting for my NVC case number to send out my AOS packet.  I have my current pay and position listed on all my paperwork.  I was just told today that I have been given a promotion with a raise, but it won't go in effect until April 1.  I plan to have the packet sent by next week.  That means my employment verification will have my current pay.  I had my director write a letter stating what I make now and my position title and then stated that on April 1 it will change to XXX position with XXX pay.  However, my company has an outside source that actually gives me immigration job verification and pay status.  So that will reflect my old rate and not the change in April.  Is this ok?  I am not worried about making the 125% above poverty as I make that now without the promotion.	chapiz	Not Telling	Mexico	2014-02-12 21:16:00

NVC received my pd on the 21st too and I've called and called and no status update:( I don't like the inconsistency they have with the time frame. 9 - 21 business day, 20 - 30 business day, three to four weeks, 10 - 20 business days.  I am still waiting too. I finally fell into depression over this and stopped calling. It makes me want to cry. I just want to keep moving so that my husband and I can be together.
