K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Soon to wed and file for K-3 need info on I684 affidavit of support	Sorry took me so long to get back to you all...but thank you...I jumped to fast when I asked my question. I'm sure you all know how that goes, your mind starts to go all in circles every time you read and reread something. You feel like "crazy gaga" is right around the corner. I did find the insturctions and boy are they great...I'm tossing out all the other useless info I have as these say it all and make it all perfectly clear. Just a short intro about Austin and I. We met a bit over 5 years ago via the internet and have spent a whole lot of time going back and fourth to visit etc. We at one point thought I'd move over to Australia but I have multiple sclerosis and after 6 months there I just could not take the heat so that pretty much made our decision to marry and live out here. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Soon to wed and file for K-3 need info on I684 affidavit of support	Hi all, My fiance (from Australia) & I will be getting married here in the United States on September 14 . We will be filing for a K-3 visa of course but have a question as to when you need to file an affidavit of support. We have this all lined up as we know we will need one as my income is not enough to sponsor him alone. Anyone have any experience with this as to when these papers get filed?
