K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	December'07 Filers	sent our i-130 on 12-17-07 and we still have yet to receive our NOA1 ... i called and they told me we were not in the system yet and to please wait 90 days... before we could file a "formal" complaint. I also asked why there web site says they are almost up to date when they have not even finished all of December... but there was no answer. grrrr.... IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	December 2007 I-130 filers	Quick question.... Is it OK to buy a round trip ticket and only use half of it? It seems like it would be fine... but who knows with these goofy airlines. Of course when your significant other comes you will only need to buy a one way ticket, but I wonder if they will ask her questions at the airport? For example y do you have a round trip ticket if you are planning to stay. The immigration people at the airport can be rough to. Any info would be appreciated. ;-) The price difference is significant. One way is something like $2,300 and round trip is around $1,350. #######... lol Has anyone ever done this before? Thanks...! Quick question: on the letter you received from the NVC stating the interview date, which name did they use for your wife? Her maiden name or her married name? I got a letter saying go to the web site, print it out, and send it in. 6-13-08 lol I filled it out and sent it back that same day 6-13-08 still waiting for the ds-230. They also sent a letter saying they are missing the ds-230 and i-864 before they mailed either to me... #######? I thought we were supposed to wait for these letters to come to us before we send them in. And it looks like I wasn't the only one.
