Philippines	can we make an appointment?	hi friends! we got our manila case number already and NVC said they forwarded our petition to USEM on November 4.. then we just called the USEM asking if they already received our packet already so we can book our appointment, the officer said that we should wait an EMAIL that will be send to the petitioner before we can be booked ...sigh! ,,, do we still need to wait for that or i can pay the fee and book for an interview now??? please enlighten me about this!! YES U CAN as long as u have ur case number!!!!!!!!!!!!! as we did it the other day our case number from nvc packet has not even been sent to manila yet. went and paid the 15050 peso interview fee and than went online and picked a interviw date of nov 28th. just remember if u go in to bpi to pay it that it takes anywhere from 4 to 8 hours before u can schedule ur appointment online as bpi needs to report it to the embassy. Make sure u take ur passport when u go to pay linehen u go Urlappointment. when u go online to set your apointment just put in ur passport number and that is all is required for proof of payment. Philippines	NVC question	Thanks for the replies, yes I called NVC, got our MNL number. Schedule online, but when she got to St. Lukes they wanted the NVC letter. They let her do the exam btw. Just curious why the NVC operator would tell me no letter will go out from them?? On a side note they found a spelling error on her passport (birth place spelled wrong) So she had to go Friday to renew her passport and correct it and St. Lukes wont release information till she has new passport and we cant schedule interview. Always something. Can you get it processed faster if you pay more like in the US? Philippines	NVC question	Hi, When my fiancee went for her medical the woman at the desk said she needed a letter from the NVC. I called the NVC and they said they dont send out letters for K1 cause it is sent directly to the embassay and they process it. But I have heard of people getting a letter?? Very confused........... Philippines	passed interview	wooohooo she said it was very easy and fast. the american male interviewer didn't even ask to see any evidence. he just look at my w2 and asked when we plan to get married. He then spoke to himself out loud saying, saying check when he looked our paper work. then he smiled and said good look in american and ask if she will fly before xmas. she said yes and he said good luck your approved. i was shocked never looked no pics or plane ticket anything. she said the fhilipina checked all the paper work even before him. she arrived at 600am and was out at 920am. god bless and good luck to everyone else. Philippines	How to use unlocked cell phone in U.S.A.	I second setting up a magicjack with a local number then sending it to the Phils. You can call that number as a local number and using the magic jack see can call you home, cell or whatever as a local call... all the way from the Phils!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	when to get cenomar	cenomar i got mine before he filed the k1 application so it could same me more time to process other stuff i have to go through. so it'd be better if she gets it as earlier as she can to save time the police clearance is only good for 3 months so she should get that days before her medical examination/interview, once you received your noa2 already.. and the immig ff the 5months of timeline so sit tight i bet by october you already have it in your hands bwy, not really necessary for youi to be there on the day of her interview cos the embassy only allows those who have an interview schedule with them.. so if you come with her i bet you will have to wait for her outside or something anyways, goodluck with us! ok thank u for ur reply will wait on the police clearance but have her get her cenomar Thanks	sea-town	Male	Philippines	2011-09-04 11:11:00
