IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NVC approved expedite request	Today they told me that my expedite request was accepted too... i had sent my request on the 30th march though but nvc was telling me that they forwarded my request to my consulate and my consulate wasnt receiving any requests..... finally my consulate emailed them to go ahead and send them the case anyways!! our expedite request was military based since hubby is deployed Congrats to those who got their case completed lately	His_Wifey	Female	Malta	2009-04-17 09:18:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 Approved	Congrats PK.... mine is still showing pending with USCIS.... now call NVC and check with the automated machine (press 1, 1, and then 2, and then press your USCIS receipt number) and see if the case number was assigned or not... when you have the case number call NVC and talk to an operator and tell them your email addresses, yours and the petitioner's too... and then they will email you what is needed... congrats and good luck!! We had submitted pictures and emails with the I-130 including 3 affidavits from my Dad, my best friend in Australia and my husbands best friend in the USA, so this must have been fine. I actually faxed them the form that I printed from their website. After waiting 10 days, I gave the rep a call and soon later next day I had the (4 - one separate for each year) letters in my mailbox. So the only thing I did different was to simply fax, since I guess we are not in total rush but will be glad when all this is over and done successfully. Hopefully for all of you out there as well. Thanks again and good luck Yep, I got IIN in the same email as AOS bill. They'll send that to petitioner. They'll also send copy of form DS-3032 to petitioner. Beneficiary should get email about DS-3032. I had already asked my husband to send me a filled/signed but undated DS-3032. so I'll be sending that out on Monday (in UPS next day). As you can see from my timeline, I've also sent email twice. Till they don't get DS03032, Package IV (DS-230) bill will not be generated. That's why rushing it. if i ll be the agent they will email it to me right.... the IIN and AOS bill..... ive seen timelines that took them like 2 weeks for the DS3032 to be accepted so they take their time as well.... so i will tell NVC operators myself to give the email addy right? So, I'll send out AOS by Wednesday. I am applying for extension on 2008 taxes so not sending out anything for 08. But I need to call NVC to find out if they need anything for year 08 or what I've is sufficient. You're right, petitioner can get tax transcript from IRS for free FREE! 1 (800) 829-1040 It takes about a week to arrive. They should ask you for your and your spouse's email address. If not, do give them one. This way, You and your spouse will start getting things via email (like DS-3032 generation, AOS bill, etc). Wait for them to send out an email about DS03032 being generated before you send email. Most people send it immediately but not sure if it works or not. It's your choice.
