Philippines	7037 QUE NUMBER IN MANILA EMBASSY	Thank you so much my family vj for your wish guys! I been assigned in window 32 which is a lady consul us soon as i close the door because you have to close it if you get inside the door of the consul officer shes smilling and shes nice she ask me to rise my right hand and the, first question she asked me were did i met my fiance (shes not using fiance shes using by name of your fiance thats the way i feel at is to her ! and how? 2nd question how many times his been married the way she ask me just like very unsual you are not feel tense or what or nervous maybe because i been in the US EMBASSY for how many times this is my 5 times now because i always accompanied my momm for her finger scanning and i'm the one whose submitting all the documents the US EMBASSY asking for when she have her interview as immigrant visa last feb.2006 i'm setting also infront of the consul during her interview i'm was there infront of the consul answering what they questions if my momm answering so slow i cannot wait her to reply the consul ! actually guys the interview is not hard part in this process the hard part for me is waiting for how many months before you got your approval and prepering the bonafide evidence and print out a lot of everything and all of the sudden they just asked me 2 documents lol ! so just have your strong prayer and have your confidence of yourself and everything well goes well to guys as long us you know very well your fiance there is no reason to be nervous because you know why the consul whose been interviewing me all the questions shes been asking is about you and between your fiance if you know him very well , she asked me how many times my fiance get married and if he have a children and how old ,where his working ,what is his position at work ,and how he celebrate new years eve , what is my presents came from him and of course she asked me if i have a family in the states and i said yes i have my sister and my mother and she asked me how my many years my sister been married and i said 15 years , and if i been married and i have a child and i said no ! and at the end of the interview she told me OKY YOUR INTERVIEW IS FINE YOU CAN GO BACK TO YOUR SETS AND WAIT YOUR NAME TO BE CALLED AND SHE SMILE ON ME AND I SAID THANK YOU SO MUCH AND HAPPY NEW AND SHE REPLY ME SAME TO YOU WITH SMILE AGAIN ! and i set and wait for a while and my name is been called and fall in line to the home land security section and the pilpina whose in the window she hand over to me my pictures that i been submitted to the pre-screener and all the documents that i been prepering to submitted to the US EMBASSY supposed to be all they get is only affidavit of support. Because when we start the 129-f form application we submitted all our bonafide evidence to USIS , anyway the lady pilipina on the window she hand over to me the pink slip of delbros and i pay only 165 peso for manila delivery ... HEre is the situation of my ds-157 form that you should be ready and submitted to the both section it should be 2 copies itself came from you and filled up on line plus 1 ds-157 which is came from the BPI BANK and attach the receipt payment at the back and you can see it there is a validated amount of $ 100 ,the booth section is on you right side if you are entering the waiting area, that is the first step inside the us embassy the booth section whose accepting and sreen all of that your ds-157 forms they are going to check and take that from from you they are going to check if you are paid the visa and also if you glue the picture from your ds-156 form because some of the other pilipina the picture is not glue and there is one she did not paid the visa and she dont have extra visa picture she have only one so what she did she go out again and have a picture outside and pay her visa they give her a time until 10:30 she should be comeback inside the embassy so you have to bring extra all the time .lol i Just miss my one ds-157 i'm thinking that the 2 ds-157 is enough which is the one came from the bank and you have your own i copy i did it wrong i have one copy and the other one is came from the bank which is not right that way it should be 2 sets came from you and the other one came from the bank and validated . the booth section lady advice me to filled up the blank ds-157 form came from BPI bank i go back to my sets lol handwritten and filled it out and it works and i go back again to the booth section and hand over agin to the lady whose giving me the instruction to do so lol ! so guys be watchful about your ds-157 after i filled out i submitt it back to the both section . Well about the pre-screener all the heavy binder that i have with me i carry all the possible bonafide evidence that i have you know what all they ask from me is our family pictures with my fiancee and his affidavit of support and w2 that all lol . and he ask me about my police clearance since i came from taiwan my birth certificate ,cenomar,nbi. Philippines	Dec.19 interview experience	Yes the US EMBASSY posted last december 4,2007 the information came from cadman 77 TimY who posted right away the new discover update of there website and ripolyo who support it and i open and read the news from the vj so they are wright its a matter of fact i dont have any trouble of my birth certificate since i'm working overseas for 10 years now and how many times i updated the color of my birth certificate and even i renewed my passport for 3x i still do it to pay the delbros through the bank branch of metro bank last december 27,2007 for safety reason to avoid any hassle after the interview ..your visa well be on your hand so soon good luck on that ... Philippines	4 WORKING DAYS I RECEIVE MY VISA	MY FELLOW FAMILY VJ! Hi how are you guys ! The interview on my part with the women consul it was cool no tense the hard part for me is applying for a job and in the philippines and have your inteview in specially in manila , i guess i can tell that its not easy and hard the reason fort that is compitation because of huge applicants , i beleive as long us you have that confidence that you know enough your fiance and you have a proper documentation of course as long as you speak and understand english you know what you are going to answer them back if they have a question on you .Generaly speaking pilipinas are very good in communication specially english since that our second language so there is no hard .The pre screener usually pilipino they asked and question you in tagalog so i answer them back also in tagalog so that not hard one point .Only the consul of using english because they are american so they talk to you in english language .The pre-sreener asked me where did you met,how long i been working overseas,each country his asking what kind of job i have and positioned and i give all the answer his asking me and reminder just answer the question what they are asking for even to the consul the pre-screener asked me how i been working with he asked me only w2 and affidavit of support make it sure your affidavit of support is not closer for expiraton date you have to update that the certificate of employment showing how much he make annually and standing in the company i guess the US is very strict it comes of that so that your wife to be is not a misserable person in the US because i met one pilipina in during my interview the affidavit of support is not notarized and not signed so be aware of that guys ! .So as long us you have that your fine because some of the KI fiancee aplicant they bring one small traveling bag and you know what they got from her just same couple of documents not all your evidence they are going to asked for , so finally i got my visa on hand after 4 days of waiting in my apartment the delbros man asked my valid ID to show it to him for evidence that it was me .hope i did share also my part guys! Philippines	WINDOW 14 IN US EMBASSY MANILA	HI GOOD DAY MY FELLOW VJ! WHAT the pre-screener does when my que number flashing when i reach the window 14 i noticed that i'm standing already infront on him his talking with his collegues for a while i thought that if you are working insidethe embassy you are following the time and decipline us they are working inside in the US EMBASSY all of them are aware of the time but no thats not true guys so all you have to do is relax dont make yourself so nervous and tense just answer all his questions only the consul whose on time talking to me right away during my 5 minutes interview shes typing and incoding my files while shes asking me some questions .The pre screner he asked me my NBI,AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE,CENOMAR,AND MY TAIWAN POLICE CLEARnce since i came from taiwan , he did not asked me about my police clearance in kuwait and abu-dhabi beause this two country i been and worked with if you check the website in the US EMBASSY there police clearance is not avilable abroad you have to apply personally in here country so good i'm safe on that part thats why i dont have delayed and problem with my passport the delbros deliver in my apartment in pasay manila the waiting period only 4 days remember the delbros internationalthey are not going to deliver your visa on saturday and sunday they are always do there job only working days monday to friday be aware of that and take note i pay the metro bank 650 pesos and i txt delbros for 2 times but there is no reply on them i do pay the bank just to be safe of any delay and any problem arrive during my interview so far so good i dont have any problem about waiting of the my visa i got on time on my hand without any pressure and stress i did not book my ticket i just by my ticket the following day after i receive my visa GOOD BLESS YOU ALL PINEAPPLE	Pineapple	Female	Philippines	2008-01-19 22:27:00

Thanks sis for your greetings and good luck i got done of everything in a very good situaton and i got my interview and visa smoothly and i'm here already since janauary 15,2008. To my fellow VJ who asked and send me messages how many months before i apply my police clearance for taiwan October and i receive by November 2007 before my inteview last january 4,2008 you have to estimate also how many months before you got your approval and ahead a month you to start your police clearance because within a month you receive your police clearance on mail! PDOS only for overseas contract worker not for KI fiancee visa .Prism that was you start for your counselling and proceed to CFO for stamping .When i got my visa on hand that was the time i go directly for my counselling and got my stamp in cfo i do it at once.. Well guys about having and planning your be with your fiance during the interview i did not see any highly rcommend that you should be there during the interview save the money for your nice wedding plan and start with new life and family , the most important that you have a proper documents that you submitted during your pre-screening interview ,this process i know it cost a lot of money suporting your fiancee in the philippines ? because if you dont have that things with you the next step the consul are going to asked the luck documnetns and 99% they are going on put you on hold for realessing your visa .And us soon us they are going to asked that from you you have to return and bring the documents with you in the U.S EMBASSY. In prism counselling as soon as i receive my visa at 11o'clock during my luch time i call the prism to asked what is there next session for counselling i got 1:30 pm but i'm late lol just 5 min.but guys dont be late because they are not going to review the last minute of there topic but the one on one counselling interview they give you a little bet of heads up on the past topic and i paid 250, you have to come at least 10 min.because of the application form information about you and your fiance and taking your digital photos. And after prism i go direct to the CFO REMINDED guys do not ride to the to the bike thing or (tricysikad i'm not so sure how to call that) just go for taxi still the same they are going to asked you 60 peso from that bicyle thing lol better get a taxi and you fell safe i'm so scared when i ride that bikecyle to bring you in cfo you have some information you feel it up and on the window they are going to asked you some questions and set down for about 30min.before the certain window called you and pay for stamped 450 peso i hope you can get some heads up in here. Philippines	X-RAY FILM NO NEED FOR PORT OF ENTRY	HI MY FELLOW VJ! The St.Luke give an advise that we have to bring our our X-ray film on our port of entry ,even the counselling they encourage to do so but when the long process that i keep up dating and reading here i learn a lot of things base on the experiences of the other feedback vj here ,eventhough i have my cousin whose working in immigration law office she did not give me an advise not to bring my x-ray what i learn from here.During my wholeflight i dont have my x-ray film on my hand carry bag because it was very uneasy and hazzle to bring it with me so i put on my laugages bag and relax guys if the northwest check-in officer who check your documents and asked you were is your x-ray film i answer the question to the lady officer on my check - in laugage bag and she told me it should be i have to hand carry becuase she told me i need the x-ray on my port of entry , i'm very positive and confident that i dont need my x-ray in detroit which is my port of entry here in the U.S because i beleive on my research and my idea, i learn a lot from here that i'm wright and so far so good i pass the long line in immigration officer after i hand over to him my brown envelope and his checking my documents and encoding to his computer while asking you some questions like this ,when were you getting married,and he asked me about my job in overseas and why i been working of that country,and he asked me to put my finger for scanning and taking picture he did not asked me were is my ex-ray film , In the plane you have to filed up the form for immigration purposes to for your easy acces to the immigration officer More Power to all! Philippines	PLANNING TO GET MARRIED IN CATHOLIC CHURCH	HELLO VJ'S, Well some of us are planing to get married in a Catholic Church .But you have to asked and start looking for a place when or were you got married so that you can get ahead of wedding schedules .Some of the Catholic Church here in America they are very strict if your fuuture husband is been divorce before and espicially his or her baptish and married in a catholic church before . So you have to visit the catholic church were you planning to do your change vows and I DO? Because the catholic church require the pre-canning , And you have to get the avilabilty of your date schedules and take note at least 6 months ahead of the wedding period of time? Philippines	April 9,2O08 AOS FILLER	To my VJ family , Hello guys to all the AOS newly applicant ,this is my case about this all process i just want to share this with you all .I dont have plan to apply the EAD etc. i go direct just a plain green card since i have to endroll and go back again in college here in new york to get a good job and a better pay check .So after the wedding last March 8,2008. I apply my AOS and send to a california service center which is i have to send in chicago because i did not read properly the instruction were to send so i send in wrong address but after 3 weeks they send me back complete with properly filled already and all is there and complete .And i send it back to the right address.So i have a smoth propcess and everything with my biometric and they touched my case 3 times and they send me the noticed transfer and also a noticed that my case is been approved without interview on my AOS.Now i can apply my driver licensce permit,and they are going to change my maiden name of my Social Security because new state dont accept my marriage contract and passport they are very strict.Thank you all the unshelfish sharing and advises and ideas here through all our experiences bad or good with our one in only home land security thanks anyway...i'll be back ? Philippines	moving to cebu	If you are a traveler person you should read the culture first you should understand study the cases of the particular country where ever you go in this world in any parts of the country its not perfect there is always something good and bad scenarios you gonna be experience ,at least you have to get a deep ideas what type of people this one particular country and do your own survelance to find out if you are going to do so or try to visit back in fourth not only once many times meet the whole family to know her you have to stay in there house us open as you can be before you propose for married and you can find out if shes just marrying you for your money or for immigration purposes only gathered all the information you have to visit some relatives of her friends investigate and you learn , so that down the road you have enough idea also what kind of people are you talking with and you can compare how and which country you been and aware about what you getting into we know we are just human we easily attracted and be tempted with the out look of one person sweet words but you been in school beeing an ignorant is not an excuse in the law .I been traveling a lot outside from my country to work. Before i decided to commit a relationship first thing i did after my college i got the job first in the philippines before i decided to accept any job form overseas . First i enjoy my single life my carreer and my money . I have a family leaving and working in new york city for 20 years now. I guess some other people they learn from there mistakes but they keep doing it until they truely find out which and you is the best for them make a wise decission and be smart .I wish you the best this time i hope you learn form the past and maybe this time you find the real person that you care for you and love you for the rest of you life .... I'll just put on my registered envelope mail $11 together with my return addrres and i pay the regular charge in the post office total cost 232 pesos together with the International coupon worth 50 peso since i'm not yet in a rush time since i dont have yet my interview now i just get prepared everything before the judgement day ..thank you so much sis i count on you .. In a week u got your police clearance both in English and Chinese translation., their regular processing time is 2 weeks so dont worry it is easy to obtain police clearance in taiwan...goodluck! if u have other question/s feel free to ask... Hi JoeMaria, Did you send also your old first page passport photocopy or just the new renew passport 1st page copy, i renew already my passport seens i been in taiwan last 1998 so i'm holding now my new passport . What i did is i photo copy the first page of my new passport and relevant photo copy of my my old passport which is there is a stamped from taiwan immigration when i exit taiwan. In thepolice application form they are asking for a relevant photo copy pages of your passport what does it mean the old passport with immigration stamped pages with working visa from my company before ??? thank you so much and more power! Did anybody of you here has done send your application form and filled up of Police Clearance to Taiwan, and how did you send it together with the cash because they mention in there application form . $ 11 U.S dollar for each copy (CASH ONLY), Plus money covering ordinary mail postage to the return address. I'm just confused a little bet because i been in the POST OFFICE today and ALSO I INQUIRE LBC.But they said they are not accepting any cash to the invelope and the post office I ASKED WHAT IS THE POSSIBLE WAY TO SEND the only way is trap cash send it to the bank or by cash check . But in the application they highligted CASH ONLY ? Guys i need your idea were i could send and how and what is the best private courier i used i want to make it sure that the application form of the police clearance that i send they recieve it safe together with the cash payment of the police clearance. This country is included to the PC exemption from the US embassy list. Embassy did not ask for it from me during my interview. Unless there are changes for it. I was like you worrying about it before so to satisfy myself that PC from Kuwait is not needed when you are here in PI, I emailed the consulate in Manila Embassy and they replied that this country is exempted for PC. Though, they will tell you next time to call their call center number still they will assist you on your query. They will ask for your Manila Case Number and what do you want to inquire about. Philippines	STATE OF KUWAIT HOW TO GET A POLICE CLERANCE	The US Embassy in Manila requires that you should obtain a Police Clearance from any country outside the Philippines where you resided for more than 6 months and you worked there for 10 months so it is considered that you have resided there during that period so you MUST obtain a police clearance. Myla worked in Malaysia for 3 years so she obtained a police clearance from the Malaysian Embassy in Manila. My suggestion is call the Kuwait Consulate in Manila and ask them how you can obtain a Police clearance. My Myla lives in Mindanao so she called the Malaysian Embassy in Manila and inquired about it after which she had to send three sets of photocopied documents to the Malaysian Embassy . My big question is the latest year i been working with is in state of kuwait which is i signed my 2 years contract but i decided to take my vacation and not coming back again for worked since we start the application for KI and i'm here in the phillippines right now for good waiting for my approval of I-129 .I start working in my company last APRIL 12,2006 to FEBRUARY 10,2007 ( thats only 10 months ) supposed to be i worked 2 years but i did not finish my contract to my company, I start talking to my friends about the police clearance in kuwait since i read a lot of topics here about securing a police clearance ! But they said how we can do that i think they need your finger prints personally do i need to fly back to the kuwait just to apply a police clearance ,when i arrive in kuwait our company LAISSON OFFICER We go to the police department and took my finger prints in there that was the whole processs my company does before you can have your resident working visa because that is also one of the major requirements before the state of kuwait government release your working visa and thats the whole proces,my company does ,so means to say i have already my finger prints in the said country of kuwait what do think about this can i apply my police clearance in kuwait consulate embassy philippines here? ..... I'm very happy for them and wish them all the speed. I thought that files were done in order of date but I guess I might be wrong. I hear so many horror stories that people say if they pull your file they may put it back at the end of the pile. Am I jumping the gun or do you think I should see an answer this week?
