K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Medical Exam	Hello Again! I'm a little worried about my medical exam... I had the examination on May 14th and the doctor told me that he was gonna mail my examination straight to the embassy as soon as he gets the results of my bloodtest back. He also told me that I could send my Packet 3 back to the embassy that very day. Great I thought, the sooner I get an interview date the better. But now I'm starting to get worried. It says in Packet 3 not to mail any of the documents that I have to obtain for the interview to the embassy. It says to bring all the obtained documents to the interview. Has anyone else done it this way? And if so did it work? Or should I call the doctor Monday and ask him to mail the examination to me instead so that I can bring it to the interview myself? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	EVERYBODY WHO HAVE THEIR K-3 VISAS IN HAND	HELLO I got my passport with my K3 visa on June 12th. I'm leaving next week on July 10th. We will go for the Adjusment of Status next. I think that when you apply for the AOS on a K3 visa you'll need to submit a copy of the approved I-130 with your application. I have prepared for so long for this interview. But they didn't issue me the visa but kept my passport and asked me to wait another 4 to 6 weeks. The consul gave me a piece of paper saying I have to send them my CV besides my case is pending administrative process. It's so strange. I also asked the consul if there is any problem. He said it's no problem of my interview and he's sure I will get the visa and congratulations to me. Did anybody experienced this before? People normally get visa at the same day, right? Then what's the problem of my case? The consul also said no person was issued the k3 visa at the same day. No, I don't think anyone get's their visa the same day as their interview in Sweden. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Is there a "limit"?	I remember reading somewhere that your entries with the Visa Waiver Program has to be at least 5 or 6 months (can't remember which) after your previous departure date. Like I said I'm not sure where I read this. Try searching for it on the Stockholm American Embassy website. http://stockholm.usembassy.gov/ I think it was on there that I read it. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Finally Received My Packet!	I'M SO EXCITED! ALMOST THERE NOW! I received my Packet 3 at the end of April! We got our Approval Notice at the end of March. Around the time when I had spent half of my stay with my Husband already. Our lawyers got in touch with us after we received the approval and helped us to get the last things put together, answer any questions that we might have had and finish up the Affidavit of Support. It took almost exactly a month after we received our approval to get the mail from the NVC that our petition had been sent to the Embassy in Stockholm. Only 3 days before I had to go back to Sweden. So all I have left now is to develop some pictures of Jon and I, print some emails and on Monday I will send back the first part of the packet to the Embassy and call the doctor to book an appointement for my physical! Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Filing for I-751 while out of the country	Hi, I have a bit of a dilemma and I need some help. My husband and I are going to Sweden in November. But November is also when the 90 day time frame for filing the I-751 starts. This was the only time I can get off of work. So my question is, can I file the papers and then leave for Sweden for two weeks? Or should I wait until we get back? I know that I was not allowed to leave the country during my Green Card application. Would this be considered the same thing? Thank you so much for your help! Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Can I use cut-off section to speed up application?	I'm getting ready to send out my I-751 packet today and I have a quick question. With my Green Card I received a mailer with a cut-off section that reads "Use this section to speed your application for an extension or replacement card".
