K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Any idea please?	Hi there, my friend just gave me this site so i can have any idea what to do when our papers will be in process...I am new to this site and yes! this site is really very useful for me and my fiancee, met my fiancee February 2009 and are planning to get marry this October 2009 here in the Philippines. Just want to ask after our wedding, what ALL FORMS to FILL UP? including form which my fiancee will petition my two kids so they can go with me in the US? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	1-130 and G325A Form	Good day to all of you...my friend just gave me this site and its really helpful for me as a newbie...anyway, if you can give me some information if only 1-130 and G325a is the only form to fill up for me and future husband? how about my two kids coming with me? do i need a separate form for them? And since i just recently got my finality of my annulment with my ex husband, will i use my present husband surname in all the forms and my passport? Thanks and more power to this VJ.... Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion	Removal of Conditions	Hello fellow VJ's...anyone who experience filing REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS with dependents? To cut my story short, i have 2 kids, 10 years and 8 years old, we are filing our ROC soon, and just want to ask if I am just going to pay $590 TOTAL..or WILL MY TWO KIDS pay the BIOMETRICS fee of $85 each? I have a question, Does the 90 day window mean you have to file on that day (90days before GC expires)? If not, is there a reason for doing it right then? Now, just want to ask you all guys what do I need / or requirements to have my family be with me in the US ASAP... MY CHECKLIST: - G325A (for me and my wifey) - I-130 (for my wife and two daughter) - Money Order - Passport (mine, wife, and kids) - Birth Certificates (me, wife, and kids) - Marriage Certificate / NSO Marriage Certificate - Pictures (Wedding) - Honeymoon (Pics) - Pics (2 x 2 - for me and wife, & the kids) - Family Pics / Friends Pics (visits Pics, etc.) Fellow VJ's - DO I LACK OTHER DOCS? With my old passport, that is still my ex - husband's surname. Can i just use that as one of the requirement then just change it to my new married name on the NVC process or interview?
