K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Help with a few questions	Hi everyone. Im not sure on a few things and i was hopeing someone on here could possibly help me out. OK... Heres the thang, My boyfriend wants to come here on a 3 month visa ,while hes here we plan on sending the I-129 off together. And then he will return to the UK when his 3 month visa is up. i guess my questions are..... Has anyone done this before? would he be needed in the UK during the 3 months for any of the processing? Would he be able to rent a apartment here in the USA on his own for the 3 months? Is it legal to rent a apartment and not be a US citizen? im not sure if any of this is allowed.
