K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K1 file sent since march 28	if you forgot sin, some paper from your petition , you better expect for an RFE before your noa2, and pray to that dont delay your process...as you can see so many posts here ppl includ7n me its going nuts at csc process times without rfe... , Its always best advice from here, aways check your papers 3 TIMES before you send this...and theres no way to u sign any piece of paper at the interview, those papers that you sent at the initial petition,most likely u wont get at the interview if ur missing something...from k1 pack. just wait for an RFE	John&Thatyana	Female	Brazil	2013-04-11 09:18:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	January 2013 filers	My F called yesterday and the rep told him to wait the letter of request for evidence and this morning our status changed to RFE. Now we are waiting the hard copy. When i saw in igor's list most january 16 noa1 got an RFE. All january filers who got RFE also haven't yet receive their noa2. How long does it take to have answer for RFE?   I got and Rfe! And i got the Hardy copy, already replied now We are going crazy waiting for the Approvall while seeing lots of Feb, getting noa2     Request for Evidence Response Review On May 20, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you.
