My check was cleared 5/8/2013.  I just checked my post now, and I didn't receive NOA1.

I moved to a new place a while before filing I-751 though, does it matter?  I did put a new address in I-751 form, so I really did not worry about it though.. Since it's taking so long, I have started to wonder.  If I don't recieve NOA1 until next Tuesday, I will call service center.  I hope we all get NOA soon!!

Did you submit your change of address electronically after you moved to the new address? I also changed address, but did the change of address form online and they sent all the letters to my new address now.

same thing happened to us...it was mailed to our old address.

Same thing here...it's reassuring to know I'm not the only one.:)

I haven't been able to follow this thread for a few days, but it looks like no one who filed at CSC after April 2nd got their NOA?

I still haven't received anything and our check hasn't cleared...package sent April 12...

Nah...nobody is a jinx :bonk: . It seems like those backlogs are pretty common with USCIS. When we filed I-130 at the London Consulate (hubby and I were living there at the time), the normal processing time for I-130 petitions in London was around 6 weeks. Shortly after we filed it increased to 3-4 months: our I-130 approval letter came in at just under 3 months. After we were done with the whole process, things got even worse for new filers, as the processing time increased even further and the Consulate even issued an announcement urging people planning to file for CR-1/IR-1 to do so at least 10 months ahead of their intended moving date. No idea how things are over there now.
But it goes to show that backlogs are actually fairly common.
The good news is, they are actually able to clear 4-5 months' worth of backlog within a month or so, so we should expect mass approvals at some point in the coming months.
It still bugs me though that CSC isn't in any rush to send people their NOA1s when they have been consistently quick up until now on that stage. If anything, this is an important document that people need to be able to prove their continued right to work and travel abroad if need be, plus it's just a template that doesn't require any actual adjudication on the file. I'd say, if 30 days goes by and people still haven't received their NOA1s (since NOA1s are supposed to be sent within 30 days of filing), you have every right to complain to them and start bugging them.

Oh it looks like you filed in London around the same time I did : it took me 8 months to get my approval! And I expected 2-3... Lets hope it won't be that bad this time- but I really don't care so much now that I'm here - at least we are together and I don't have to put my whole life on hold:)
