IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	DH visiting during CR-1 process	I dont think there is a problem. I went to U.S. with my husband in early May, I have a tourist visa and meanwhile we are at CR-1 process. Officer at the immigration asked me few questions, I think his purpose was to make sure I understand I am not allow the live in U.S. with tourist visa, I must go back to my country to apply an immigration visa.
