US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionEvidence of Current sustained income -SELF EMPLOYED

Hi, I had also the same case status as you said. I am in 221G status, I'd like to ask your input on what documents we shall submit to the USEM. We also need to provide evidence of current sustainable income and Petitioner's 2013 total income. MY fiance is self-employed in the past 3 years and we submitted his 3 years tax return but they only took the recent 2012 tax return and sadly we didnt meet the 100% income requirement. But then my fiance has started his new employment this JUne 2013 so we can't provide tax return or W-2 because he is new at work instead we submitted his certificate of employments stating his roughly income for a year and his 3 months copy of his paystubs in that company. One of our friend advice us to use joint affidavit of support.

I would like ask if anybody can give us input on this on how we will file the affidavit of Support. Do we need to file another I-134 form for our co-sponsors because my fiance filed it already or shall we submit form 864, as far as I know Form 864 is for the mariage visa, AOS processing not for fiance. After this done, shall we need to give an explanation letter for the "Petitioner's 2013 total income? since the CO maybe don't have a clear picture of my fiance's income because he has self employed , sort of a little business plus right now working in a company as part time. Please help. Appreciate all your comments. God bless :)

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress ReportsHow to request Russian Police clearance certificate in the Philippine Russian embassy

Thank you so much for your quick response Ahren. Thank for your input. I wonder what date I need to put on my period of stay in Russia. I was issued a mulitple visa and the effectivity date was July 11, 2005 to June 10, 2006.

My travel to Russia was July 17, 2005 (first entry to Russia) to Dec. 22, 2005 which is 5 months *

I exit Dec 22, 2005 (first exit) which is my first trip because my Russian base sponsor went to Bangkok Thailand then we came back to Russia again January 12, 2006.(2nd entry to Russia)  So I had stayed again in Russia  from January 12, 2006 to March 2, 2006 for 2months* Because from March 2, 2006 (2nd exit)  we exit again and come back March 16, 2006 (3rd entry to Russia).

From March 16 to June 9, 2006 (last exit) I stayed again in Russia that is for almost 3 months. All are more than 10 months stayed in Russia. So I really need police clearance isn't it?

My question is what to put on my period of stay in Russia? Shall I jsut put the actual date that I first enter to Russia which is from July 17,2005 to June 9, 2006 which is where I finally exit in the country or shall I need to break down the dates I stayed? though I they will also see i on the attached photocopy of my passport. Thank you very much for all your input and responses.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresEvidence of Current Sustainable Income

Hi just had my interview last Sept 11, 2013. I received an email subject 221G, The USEM is requiring me to present Evidence of Current sustainable Income and Petitioner 2013 total Income. It was because my fiance just started his new job this June 2013 so we just presented a coply of his paystubs for his new job and also his latest income tax return for his self employed but a little low, so we didnt meet an income requirement. Anyone there that can give us input. Is there anybody there that can relate with my case? Thank you.
