IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-130: Marriage Certificate from Cebu has to be to the NSO?	Since others had shared successful experiences about MC from the local registry with their I-130's, then, might as well do it. But you should also try, what they have suggested, about requesting for a 'special endorsement', so that your NSO MC will be ready in 1-2 months, rather than wait for 6 months. Who knows, you will be lucky and you will receive your NOA2 in less than 6 months. It is much better to be on the safe side always than regret it later on..   Based on my experience: RFE's encountered at USCIS stage will cause a delay around 3-5 days after sending the required document while at NVC stage, if you receive a checklist, you will have to wait for  almost 1 month just for the missing document to be reviewed again.   Thanks very much ..That's exactly the thought process I had..Might as well go for the special endorsement to make sure the MC is ready for the NOA step..Also thanks for the info on the RFE delays..I hadnt read that yet! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Just starting our CR-1 process	USA citizen..Married last month in the Philippines..And we're currently working on the I-130 package..15. Evidence of a bonafide marriage ..I have a question I could really use solid opinions on..Do we have enough evidence to be approved?..I worry about this..   Here's what we have..   1. Plenty of photo's of the two us together in Dubai in March, and in Cebu Philippines this summer..Including photo's with family and friends along with landmarks..Lot's of pictures from  our wedding day with around 100 family and friends from her side..   2. Paperwork/bank book/atm cards of a joint bank Philippines bank account opened in late June..   3. Receipts (wedding, hotels, tickets, western union transactions other exspenses) and boarding passes for all of our flights to and from usa- dubai -philippines   4. Online chat history (mostly skype and emails)   5. Affidavits  from her side of the family..     What we dont have..   1. Anybody from my side (USA) who witnessed our wedding..I do have a couple members of the family who witnessed our online relationship ..Can/should I use them for affidavits?   2. Phone records..i called using an online phone card and now realize there seems to be no proof that i was calling my fiancee (now wife)   3. Documentation showing joint ownership or property   What should i be including that I'm not..and are we looking ok for USCIS approval? If not, What can we do ? Not sure where we stand.. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	G-325 not filled out correctly by my spouse	She mailed me me her filled out and signed G325 from the Philippines..But she put down Honolulu Hawaii as her mother's current City and COUNTRY residence...   Ive read the if you make a mistake, start all over with a new form..So I should have her send me another filled out and signed G325 form from the Philippines? This will delay our process at least another 3 or 4 days..Or can i leave the form as is? Or maybe white-out the mistake and fill in the correct answer (Honolulu USA)? Any quick thoughts? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Do I need to copy the back of my birth certificate?	Even though it's just a blank back? I read that I-130 petitioners send copies of the front and back of their BC's..Also, is it enough for the US citizen to just send a copy of the birth certificate, or should I also send pictures of my passport? If so , what pages?   Also here's what my cover letter reads..What do you think? My wife is from/lives in the Philiphines but I first met her in Dubai..If I send reciepts and photo's from our time in Dubai, I'll need to explain why?
