USCIS Service CentersI-130 nearly 6 months
This is quite concerning.

My father (US citizen) submitted my I-130 (child under the age of 21) at the California Service Center on the 24th of July so I was hoping to hear something around the end of December/beginning of January (5 months wait time.) If you've been waiting for 6 months and still haven't heard anything, how long am I going to have to wait for?

Sigh, I'm a July 24th filer. Looks like I still have quite a wait despite being 2 weeks away from the 5 month mark <_<

USCIS Service CentersCSC?

Just keep trusting God because my noa1 was July 18th and we got our NOA2 on 12/13/12....the service center jumps around from month to month...hang in there!

They are still aproving I-130's for CSC. We just got our NOA2 today. I noticed they are starting to approve July I-130 petitions.

That's encouraging to hear :)

USCIS Service CentersCSC Update

Sahs, we have the same filing date. Unfortunately, looks like we'll be waiting a bit longer. Spoke with a Tier 2 supervisor at CSC today who said it'll likely be the end of the month before our petitions will be in their 'processing' time. They're working on July 17th as of today... :crying:

I'm July 24th. Hoping to hear something before the end of the month :(

USCIS Service CentersWaiting NOA2

They are averaging 210 days, so you should hear something based on your timeline in 2-3 weeks

Well I should hear something in 2 weeks then as I'm on 196 days.

USCIS Service Centerscsc slow
My I-130 NOA1 is July 24th so I've been waiting for just over 4 months. Haven't heard anything since. They do say they have a wait time of 5 months so I suppose I can't really start complaining until December 24th haha.

3 days to go until I hit the 5 month mark. I'm only expecting to be approved in January at the earliest.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresCR-1 visa inquiry on the recieving the package. now how long?
Hi everyone!

i have a question, i received my package telling me all the documentation i need. i've received a checklist. it says once i fax this checklist, i must have everything on that checklist and then they will get my interview date. i have not faxed the checklist of fear that the interview date will come in 2 months time and i'm still waiting for all the legal stuff. so now i'm waiting but scared that if i dont send this checklist soon that i'll have to start the process all over again. my question is how long is this part that i'm in valid for until i have to restart the process again.

Thanx very much if anyone can help.

Michelle
