It typically takes more than a week for the review to be started. So, for you, this can happen this week. Keep calling once a day. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2013	soo i called the NVC yesterday and they tell me hat my DS-230 was approved but they said that i didn't send the pics so i asked for a supervisor and the agent hung up on me so i called back spoke to someone else who got me a sup and i explain to her that the pics were in the package my wife sent so she said she will ask for the file but all this time she was arguing with me that in the NVC website stays that we have to right the case number and the beneficiary name on the back of the photo so i asked to go to to the website and tell me where in the website it said that and of course sh couldn't tell me so now she said she will ask for he file to review it her self what should i do should i just send the pics again or should i wait and see if they have them    Thank you in advance	jthoby	Male	Dominican Republic	2013-06-05 07:24:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 Interviews	I don't know if "behind you" sounds right. I filed my petition in July 2012. My 1 year anniversary is in 3 weeks and I am still husband-less. After an extremely long wait on the USCIS I am now waiting at the NVC for 5 weeks and no interview.  When I call they say your case is complete and we are waiting on an interview from the consulate. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Emails *DO* have impact	Last week I wrote here that I was going to email USCIS about my I-130. I did exactly that and I also called asking for a tier 2 supervisor. An immigration officer called me back yesterday and of course its now approved, but what was interesting was that he was able to tell me that the case had been touched on Friday...coincidence? Perhaps.. but I think not, considering that my email and call also went out on Friday.   My message is to keep hounding USCIS. Someone at least looked at my case as a result of sending that email and calling those people. I got approved with 6 days to spare of the 60 day time frame.   Keep on their butts especially if you are coming close to your 60 days!
