IMBRA Special Topics2 DUI convictions
I have 2 DUI convictions. The form says crimes related to three or more. Can I simply check "no" and send in application or do I need to track down the conviction documents, court papers, and then submit them?

US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionMoscow Interview - now waiting decision
My fiancee went to the interview in Moscow and everything went well and she received the visa within a week. My friend's fiancee went to interview and they grilled his fiancee about how he had been married twice and had a domestic police record with his second wife. She explained that she was aware of the complete history and was comfortable moving forward.

The interviewer stated that they needed more time to review the correspondence between the two and would have a decision in a week.

Should my buddy be worried that they will get denied even though he openly disclosed all of his issues?

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresPermission letter
I want to thank all of you for your advice! My fiancee, Maria, met with a lawyer and determined the ex husband had to meet two requirements; ex has to pay child support and visit the child. He only lives 20 minutes away and had not seen his son in six years. She received child support but he was not being up front about his income. She met with him and his new wife and explained either he sign the papers or she would take him to court seeking to remove him from the equation. After a few meetings he agreed to sign papers which I think was more of his new wife fearing the ramfications of court.

I believe in father's rights but I think after six years he gave up those rights.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresPermission letter
My fiancee lives in Russia. She has a ten year old son. The father pays child support however has not seen child in six years. When contacted to sign letter of permission for son to leave country he refused. What are our options to argue this situation and do we absolutely need this letter? Very disturbing situation to say the least. Would love to hear from anyone with knowledge on this subject.
