this is what is stated on the manila us embassy website..
NBI CLEARANCE: Applicants aged 16 years and older must have a valid Record Clearance for Travel Abroad Purposes from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI). Clearances should be in the applicant’s current name, birth certificate name, maiden name, married name, and any aliases or nicknames ever used, including different spellings of all names ever used. An official letter of explanation from the NBI is required for any notation of “No criminal record”, "No pending criminal case” or “With derogatory record.”

Once you get your NOA2 your application will be sent to the relevant embassy - when they get it they will send you a package with instructions on what you need to do next (this is known on here as Packet 3.) If they ask you to send some documents back to them once they receive and process what you return you will get another letter from them with an interview date (Packet 4.) Not all of the embassy’s have P4 as some give you an interview date in P3 and require you to take all the forms with you to the interview. If you go to your embassy's info tab at the top it will tell you everything included in your P3 so you can start getting your head around it.

packets are the list of required documents, instructions during medical, and where to pay (bank list) all the required payments. if u already have ur interview date im sure they will give u the info where to download the packets.

im sorry to hear that... me too. i've got problems with my visa. i've been waiting for my visa for 2 months and one week since my interview date. im afraid if the embassy will ask me again for another documents and it will cause us another delay again...

A "touch" means very little. It only indicates that your file is on the move within the USCIS.

she's is at St lukes in Manila having her physcial we did not receive letter or nothing from Embassy but of course we have NOA 2 and confirmation number for interview they let her in anyway so will this be a problem?


if they let her in, it means she is good to go!
the problem would be: "if they don't let her in" with that confirmation letter alone.
