Wow your case sounds almost exactly like mine. However my fiance did not work at a bar. But I also had to finalize my divorce first before I could do the k1 visa. And I also used www.mythaifiancee.com Brian Wright seems to be a great guy in helping me with my K1. Just wondering if all the evidence for ROC is prepared and presented in the same way as the original visa petition was? For example: All forms and evidence 2 hole punched at the top and secured with an acco fastener? Plastic tabs on the bottom identifying each page or section? I just sent off my I-129F on 12/22/09 and figured I should make my first thread about it. I have been anxious to get this started since I returned from Thailand in August. But I had to finalize my divorce and etc in order to start the K1 process. So now everything is starting on its way and we are both very excited. I am still here...Part of the few of us left from the first week in December. I have been watching the news about the $hit going on in Thailand...Good to hear you finally got a date...That must be a relief to you guys... I am giong to be up near your family next week here in NJ......... It's friggin Hott here now........... Yeah I'm still around just been really busy here getting stuff ready for Laddawan's arrival. On top of everything else a week ago sombody did a hit and run on my Subaru wrx the other night!!! Totalled it while I was sleeping and while it was sitting in my driveway. So the police are still investigating it and etc. I really need this added stress in my life right now as well as hoping Laddawan's interview will go well. Could be worse I guess, lol.
