K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	news from senator's office	Hey peeps. Heard from my senator's office today. She spoke to Cali & they said CSC should mail all RFEs out by Friday this week! YAY! Great work there Devilette. That is brilliant news. Not to be a cynic, but has everyone in CSC been touched recently? That would be significant evidence that all RFE's are being released on Friday. Anyone? She said all RFEs should be mailed by then. So they are probably already doing it & perhaps not updating online? PLUS, many CSCers have been touched 6/14, 15, 16 & 17. we've been touched on 6/14, 15 16 and 17. I would like to know what's going on. Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: On June 1, 2006, we transferred your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to an office in CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER for processing. That office has jurisdiction over the case. They will send you a written decision as soon as processing is complete. I am wondering if what other VJ member posted is true. Like USCIS has automatic updating system? Well I hope this means something good for us since our cases is almost at our 120 days timeline. Our status is the same but the last update's date is: 07/04/2006. how can you be touched on a federal holiday? Well, I don't know! I just knew we were touched today again - 07/05/2006. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	anyone got RFE from CSC ????	Anyone else get touched on the 4th? They where working on a holiday. Maybe they want to get this paperwork out of the way. Just kinda was surprised at that. yes, we were touched yesterday (07/04) and today (07/05) I have been trying to call CSC since yesterday,finally get someone to talk to today,Ahhh. The lady said on the phone that not everyone that got the NOA1 after March 06 will get RFE. Have anyone heard about this before? I asked her a thousand time that R U SURE??? She told me OH YEAH,Im pretty much sure about this.. Any comment guys?? Dont know should i believe her.. Yes I have heard about that. My friend's lawyer told her the same. GUYS I GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i checked my mail for lunch. had to drive home. and low and behold... it was there!!!! it was mailed out on the 27th so im hoping everyone else gets theirs within the week.... yeah its an RFE but with all the wait ... i had to rejoice.... on to the next step. keeping my fingers crossed for you guys!!!!! Would it be a safe to say that this means their up at least Mid March on petitions? (based on when you got you NOA1) i guess so but i think they are up to april. jpine who got his today as well filed in april. so im thikning theyre working on petitions that are from march 6 onwards What do we have to send to CSC? Criminal Background Ckecks or National Criminal records and the form? You send back the RFE form that they sent to you - nothing more. As I understand it (but I ain't no expert), the RFE form that you send back includes the blue notice form and the white question form. The other paper that was included in the RFE is information only with no place for input of any information at all. The blue Notice of Action form has all your pertinent information and says in bold caps to return this notice on TOP of the requested information listed on the attached sheet....so I plan on returning just the blue form and the question sheet with a "no" on question 1, questions 2&3 blank and my signature and other requested personal information at the bottom. Since my NOA1 is rather recent...it will probably just go to the bottom of the heap....but as least I'm glad something happened. :-) My guess is that since it's only original CSC filers that have received the form in the mail and appears to have no relation to the NOA1 date (take mine for example), that they did a mass computer printout and mailing to everyone that needed this RFE and they were all mailed out yesterday. Since I live in Southern California, I received mine quickly. It will take the mail a bit longer to get to those that filed in Nebraska or Texas. I can at least be hopeful for those of you that live further away. i answered the same as you... for questions 2-3 i think that you dont have to send in anything unless you were charged of something ... criminal backgrounds then you would have to submit supporting evidence of the charge, dismissal or judgement... thank you for all replies!!! my fiance has no criminal records. so, we just have to send back the forms, right? hope we all get our RFEs soon (I have never thought I would say this one day )!! Bout time!! thank you.. just to add. i almost peed in my pants... haha the mailbox is by my front door, i couldnt get the front door open... i was so excited i think im going to get complaints from my neighbors. btw theyre mostly retired so they were probably taking their naps and i was screaming outside the house ... However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates. I'm not sure if this constitutes a NOA2, but I will see what happens when I get the snail mail notice.
