National Visa Center (Dept of State)	My K-1 Visa	Filled K-1 as Petitioner. Went from Initial Review ..  to   ..  Post Decision Activity status on the USCIS Web Site.  The USCIS message said  We shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to NVC or DOS.    Is this the normal processing proceedure and notification?   Called but was informed it had not yet arrived to them yet.	coveman12	Male	Philippines	2014-01-11 16:29:00
