The terminal Fee is P750 when I left last Nov 28 and they asked for this (I forgot the term) that need to pay for Filipino who will migrate or going out of the Philippines..If Im not mistaken, its P1600..Have a safe trip.. Philippines	Fil-Am Couples on CR1/IR1/K3 Route	Packet 4 contains the appointment letter and the guidelines of what documents u have completed..After u have find out that your case is completed, I advice u to call the Department of State and inquire about your interview date coz the IV schedule site of the USEM in kinda late..Thats what we did.. I am a CR1 visa holder when I got here in the US last Nov. and they sent me my ssc, 8 days after my arrival..I compared my card to my husband's and just noticed that mine dont have my middle name on it..Do we need to report it at SSA and ask for another card? Philippines	Life in the US	My life here in US is fun.. Although sometimes I will be sitting alone in our house with our dog and 2 cats.. I always talk to my family online and that helps me for being homesick.. And most of the time, I will go out with my mom in-law and have fun with her.. Me and hubby spend all our time together especially when its his off.. I am 3 months pregnant so we decided that I will just look for a job after I give birth and our baby is year older na.. Philippines	Question to people married in Manila	We paid P12000 for the minister from the Manila city hall to have the marriage rites.. The venue, video, gown, food and after the wedding party at home cost a P50,000 not include the ring, cake and flower bouquet.. It is a simple and very solemn wedding..Good luck and best wishes.. Philippines	I'm denied :((	There are few reasons for a denial of the I-129f petition. 1. petitioner did not establish US cititzenship 2. petitioner did not establish termination of previous marriages 3. missing documents 4. unanswered RFE or inadequate response to RFE 5. too many petitions without a waiver request 6. Not having met in person within the past two years 7. If fiance has a criminal record Im so sorry to hear this..That was shocking..I haven't heard anyone denied by the USCIS.. I had a big suit case that fit all of them..One hand carry where I put my immigration stuff and a purse.. Just a piece of advice..Dont buy those very expensive luggages since these airport people will just throw them in and out of the plane and broke it.. Philippines	Manila Embassy Visa Same Day Pickup -- POSSIBLE ???	I got my visa 2 days after my interview BUT somebody I talked to from Manila (she just came probably 5 months or so ago) that they dont allow that anymore and so as the US citizen to be with the interviewee. But what I would suggest is show them itinerary..That's what we did, my husband booked a flight for us, a week after my interview. We showed it to the CO and then approved us for a pick-up. They told us that they will call me and I was surprised that they called me same day to tell me my visa was ready. It took 2 days bcoz it was Nov. 22 which is thanksgiving day and US embassy was closed. So, try it. There's nothing wrong in trying. Best wishes. Edited by Lhedyjoe, 03 August 2009 - 04:17 PM. Well, in our case, we are confident enough about our documents and our bona fide marriage thats why we take the risk..Incomplete documents, not so convincing relationships and medical failure are the reason for visa denial..If you are confident enough that you dont have those reason then go and take the risk..But if not, just wait for visa in hand.. My husband comforted me and massaged my leg.. Napakasakit talaga.. But all the pain of the pregnancy and even the labor will be gone away once you see your baby for the 1st time.. Napunit ako nung nanganak ako BUT nung lumabas na si Jody ko, I don't even pay attention when they're trying to sew me back..Hehehe..
