Also, it is very painful to get them online as well, after a long wait. Can you please outline here, the exact content and the emailid that you addressed to CSC? Of course you can mask the sensitive data. Originally our petition was for a k3/k4 and my stepdaughter was in it, but because the policy change as of feb 1 2010 our petition was changed to CR1/CR-2 thats why we had to submit a separate I 130 petition for my stepdaughter. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	CR-2	Any forms filled outside US for the CR2 cannot be expidited. That doesn't really apply to you, right ? the forms were FILED INSIDE THE USA. Well that is what they said. My step daughter's CR2 for was filled/submitted inside the US but they are resisting on giving me any information to expedite. Like they telling me life/death is the only way that they would even think about expediting her case. I think they should have expedited her case since UCIS canceled the K3/K4 visa at the beginning of the year. It sucks now because my wife is finished and now we need to wait for her daughter to even get approved and forms submitted to Brazil for the interview. Let me know your thoughts....... Is possible to get expedite NOW, but must do some serious wrangling to get the casefile out of it's current queue - he'll have to make some phone calls to USCIS and possibly the immigration liason staffer with his US REP / US Senator's Office. Você procurou saber no fórum dedicado quanto tempo está levando em média para aprovar o processo da sua filha? 5 meses costuma ser a média mesmo, apesar de ver que isso te atrasou muito! Mexico, Latin & South America	Brasileiritchas	Olá meninas lindas.... seguinte deixa eu contar um cadinho da minha perigrinação por conta do Visa rsrsrs... aplicamos em Jan,2010 p o K-3/K-4 q foi aprovado, sendo q qd os papéis foram p NVC eles nos informaram q eu deveria enviar o I-130 da minha filhota, pois o K-3 teria sido cancelado, enviamos e em Abril, 2010 foi nos enviado o Noa-1, eu tive a minha entrevista no RJ do CR-1 dia 09 de Julho q foi aprovado, inclusive minha papelada do K-3 estava toooda lá e eu perguntei ao consul pq de toda aquela papelada lá, se o K-3 havia sido cancelado e não se aplicava mais, acreditem q o povo lá não sabia aff!!! então, já faz 3 meses q enviaram o Noa-1 da minha filhota e ainda nadika do Noa-2, meu esposo ligou p USCIS e eles só sabem falar q o processo leva 5 meses aff!!! alguém passou por isto ou está passando? bjs milll... My wife was not married to the father and he verbally agreed with her moving to the United States. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	DS-3032 slowdown?	That IV bill won't show up in the online payment portal UNTIL the DS-3032 has been attached to the casefile at NVC. At this stage, check the online payment portal once a day after 3 PM EST. Once the DS-3032 is attached to the casefile, the 'first notification' that they're ready for the DS-230, is the IV fee bill showing up as 'available to pay' - it's a visual thing. Good Luck ! Was a happy married till December 2011, when I went to my country visit my family and I found that he was cheating me and a long drama soap opera!! He put a trash woman in the house and tried tell me to leave, my friend Sandra helped me a lot, called cops, he so say, that our marriage was ilegal bc wasn't register in USA, and bc I wasn't citizen!! Well, we was together for 4 years, married 2 years! I met him when I was working offshore! Anyway... We are divorce, thanks god! His life is a mess.. I sent my Roc on July, 2012. I did my biometric in oct, 2012, well was in August, but bc of the Isac hurricane, was delay. My final divorce was in sept, 2012! I sent to Uscis! And this was all what I sent with my package: • Application fee $ • Form I-751 • Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card) • 2 photographs • Copy of our joint US tax return for the year 2010 2011 • Copy of bank statement showing our joint saving/checking account. • Copy of water bill, electrical bill in my ex husband’s name • Copy of dentist invoice,showing our former address together.
