Btw, i'm using my fiancee account, i did my interview in sept 6, 2011 and everthing was ok and but they gave me a white 221g form. I need police certificate from israel and canada which my israel pc made delayed the processing same with the canada police certificate to make it short i came back to canada and got all the police clearance they need at embassy. It took one and half month to comply those 2 police certificates. I sent right away then we called at embassy that they had it by nov 9 because of holidays everything was delayed. I wish we could have our visa soon. This waiting period is really occupying our minds. God give us more patience. Goodluck! I wish both of us will have this visa asap. Canada	Canadian ?s re Medicals/Interview	lol Montreal is quite boring for a children, mine was running around hiding under tables and constantly staring out the window , he also "pretended" to read a bunch of booklets (he cannot read yet). The mailing fee for the medical is stupid so I decided to pick mine up a few days later due to being only an hour away. At the medical the do a chest xray (for you not children) blood work (for you not children) , they check your lungs, heart,eyes,mouth, and then the doctor touches your stomach. then a nurse comes in does a breast exam and peeks at your groin area. The children will get a much faster look over more like a regular check up at your family doctor. They will go over immunizations and that about wraps it up. Philippines	Administrative process/ Manila consulate	Aplied for K1 Visa Feb 14 2011. We have been together 2 years and I visited 6 times. We have and still undergoing this painful process. My fiancee had medical in July 2011. Sputum test (results negative of course)...Interview Sep 20, 2011. I attended interview with her. AR for over 4 months. I contacted 2 US Senators and Hillary Clinton (Secretary of State). They all responded and inquired directly to Embassy for us (god bless them). I am sure it helped. Yesterday received notice to repeat medical and get new NBI. She went immediately to St Lukes and got her NBI (she is in perfect health) and St Lukes schedule for another sputum. Makes no sense. Hi there! How did you contact your senator and Hilary Clinton? My fiance had her interview last Sept.09, 2011 and we're in AR. Please give us some advice to contact our senators and Hilary Clinton. I have an application that is on going which is the extension of my stay where i have to wait for their reply from the immigration canada. We decided with my fiance(petitioner) to transfer my files to US Embassy. For almost two months they received my files and i'm booked for interview this august 25 and the validity of NOA for K1 visa is on September 4, 2011. Now i want to reschedule my interview because i want to hear their response from canada immigration. One of the pieces of evidence I used was credit card statements I printed that showed purchases made in my fiance's town (the purchases on the statement showed the location). The statement only showed my visa number, not my name. So I photocopied my credit card (which shows my name) and attached it to the statement. I blacked out the middle digits of my card but left the first and last set so they could see the first and last 4 numbers were the same. Hope that gives you another idea. Thank you for the tips. We also didn't have any stamps in our passports despite crossing weekly for 8 years. Here's what we sent as proof of a relationship: 1. Detailed account of how/when/where we met 2. Affadivits from family members and friends verifying our relationship 3. Hotel receipts and plane tickets from trips we took together and pictures of us together in those places 4. Pictures of us with eachother's family members at different times (example: his cousin's 1st birthday and her 5th birthday) 5. Copies of email sent throughout the years with "relationship" type conversations 6. Copies of our cell phone bills with eachothers phone numbers highlighted 7. Pictures of us at eachothers major life events (college graduation, birthdays...etc). There are many, many other ways to prove a bonified relationship other than passport stamps. Thank you so much! It is not proof you met in the past 2 years I think your case is weak. I suggest if you cannot get stronger evidence, you should just refile Good luck Maybe the next time I visit there and get a picture of us with a current news paper and notarized letter from my relatives there. Skype, Yahoo Messager, SMS etc. In my case, I only sent two pictures with tones of daily SMS copies and boarding passes that Aaron and I visited each other. I'm not sure aboout the Appeal and I will leave that to other VJers who have that experience. I just drove down there to Canada once a month, so I don't have any boarding pass. You cannot visit, then appeal. Do you have any proof that you met within 2 years of petioning? how old is your son? If he is less than a year old, well that is good enough if you ask me and you can appeal. Good luck The only proof I had was our relatives in Toronto and birth certificate of our son who's 14 months old, phone calls, a receipt from western union and my bank transactions. I know Nigerian people that are naturalized USC's sometimes have tougher interviews than others so if you are not native born that might give us some clues. We have a receipts at the hotel, we went just one time. I got lot of transactions through my atm. We had the same problem, they don't stamp passports and we didn't have any for all the times we went back and forth to see each other. Both of us drove so we didn't have plane tickets, etc either. We sent in a lot of info with our application but received a RFE for more pictures anyway. We sent in another 10 pictures of us together but they said they were of an unknown person, not sure why but we appealed and also called our congressman and had them inquire on our behalf and we were approved. Along with the appeal form we sent in 5 notarized letters from friends that had spent time with us while we were together, more pics and letters of intent to marry. I wouldn't start over again I would definitely appeal. I know what you're going thru, being denied is very upsetting. It took us a couple of days to recover and get it together to get everything sent off but it all worked out for us and I'm sure it will for you too. Good luck! I don't know how to appeal. It was my mistakes because I only send a filmed- dated picture and a birth certificate of our son. I thought that was good enough as my proof of relationship to my fiance. Now I need go to to Canada again to get a passport stamp because I need to ask them for that ask my proof of entry to Canada. I was been to Canada for 50 times or more but they don't put a passport stamp and now I have to ask them for that. My question is which is better to re-apply again or to appeal? Okay, so you're saying that if I mail it via USPS to the Dallas, TX location and they open it and see the cover letter/inside documents have the Lewisville, TX location...it won't be a big deal? Are you sure? Because my GF really wants me to send it ASAP, she's getting really tired of delays we've been having. She thinks it will be returned IF the address on the inside forms doesn't match the address that it was sent to. She's also concerned about the extra day or two it may take to reach the USCIS going USPS as opposed to FedEx. Does anyone know the price difference between USPS and FEDEX, or another express courier? Also, are you saying I might have too much evidence? Should I omit any of the following evidence? Receipts for Pre-Paid Phone or Dolphin ring gift Tickets to the Skytower in Chicago Card with love notes inside I send mine to Lewisville using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation without any problem. Tickets to the Sears tower should be fine. 6 photos should be fine and put a date and place on the back. Photos are only secondary evidence. Primary evidence are: airline boarding passes, passport stamps, hotel receipts, bank statement or atm withdrawals. They do not recognise divorce unless filed by the foreign spouse and even if so, it must be filed with the PH government. Yes, I am. I was married twice with my ex-wife here in US and in the Philippines. And I only file my divorce here in the US and the same what friends did. Few people that I knew they did the same thing. We also fixed the kids citizenship. Is that not enough proof for filing the k-1? thanks again for the infos you shared. You are good to go as long you are divorced in the US. I was the same boat as you are and I didn't have my ex-wife to sign a paper to get my divorce done. I met my fiancee in the Philippines about more than 2yrs ago. Before our firsts anniversary we had a new baby and his a boy, his going to be 2 yrs old on October. I filed a I-129F petition on Oct. 29 last year and receive our NOA1 on Nov 1st. 2010 and still waiting for our NOA2. My question now is that since we have a son now how will this affect my petition and since its going to be a K-1/K-2 Visa category why is it that its taking so long for USCIS to approve my case? it has been over 5 months now and i'm kinda worried. First of all I just want to say thank you for posting this thread bec. we had a similar case and it gives me an idea to file my son for FS-240, but the only thing my son is born in Canada and his going to be 2 yrs old too in Oct. I was originally filed my I-129F on Nov. but I got denied due to lack of initial evidence but thanks to this site who help me what to send to my petition. Thank you once again.
