United Kingdom	Form DS 169	I am going to try this again....Our packet 3 was received by the Embassy on February 5th, 2009. After waiting, and a few phone calls we have been told we are missing Form DS - 169 (checklist). My fiance' did not receive that form with his packet and we cannot find a download for it either. Does anyone have any information as to where we could find this, or have any of you had similar problems? Thank you for any help you can give us on this subject! National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC	Hello All, hope someone can help me out here. Our NOA2 was approved on 12/29/08. Received a letter on the 7th of January that it would be sent to NVC within a week. Haven't heard anyhting so I called DOS and they said it was still there. So from reading others problems I asked if it was in AP. He said yes, that they were waiting for an interview date. I thought that the embassy decided on the interview date???? US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Interview	Hello Everyone! Just back from the UK where I attended the interview for our K-1 with my fiancee' ! I was so nervous and excited, but everyhting went along flawlessly....worried for nothing! So good luck to all of you awaiting yours, it really was nothing at all to be worried about. Now just the wait until Jim can finally come and stay...forever!!!!! Two months to wait but that will seem like a breeze in comparison to the long journey we have been through already.
