Then i ask the operator if i am eligible for a visa but he said that i have to wait for 6 weeks for further notice from the IV and if after that period i still dont received any notice or call from the IV thats the time i can ring back the embassy so that they can make a report for my case. My question is, am i eligible for the visa? the consul only required me that one document and i sent it to them and since my clearance has no problem from the NBI. I'm just felt so worried and nervous waiting for my visa if they will grant me that. Please help me any ideas with same case with me just to tone up my feelings. Thanks everyone and have a nice day. Philippines	How often do you talk?	We talk everyday about 5+ hours and it never gets boring or redundant. It is wonderful to have someone that you can talk to that way. Since we seperated in February we have talked nearly everyday and often through the night. Skype is our choice for chat and video. We started in Yahoo but there were to many camera issues so we switched to skype. With skype we can make our cameras full screen and share dinner or even do our chores while talking. My fiance and I had already worked out a day and we had no problem getting it. We got our letter on the 22nd August and scheduled our interview on the 23rd August for the 23rd of September. Philippines	BIG FIGHT	We have had our fights and usually say things in the heat of the moment we definately dont mean. We have both learned to swallow our pride and apologize if we are in the wrong. We have only signed out on an argument once. Our usual way to resolve these things is to not sign out but step back and give each other time then come back and talk. It doesnt take long before we are a happy loving couple again. I try to anticipate her needs before she gets here and fix things accordingly, Shift things to one side of the closet, Ricemaker, locate local filipino community and markets Really just a lot of things to do while she sleeps and Im awake. Philippines	buying the ticket for Pam to come here what does she need	ok I am getting the ticket tomorrow though expedia....I know she will need the e ticket but I have read (I think) that she will need a copy of the credit card and my ID ...is that true????? Expedia and hawaiin air lines are the same exact price should I just call hawaiin and do it through them? Make sure she has the money to cover the tax and terminal fee and some extra. I made the mistake of forgetting the tax and trying to get to western union before your plane leaves can be an epic experience. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	My NOA2 arrived the day after i saw the touch :)	I have been spending a lot of time with my Fiance to try and avoid the nerves of waiting (silly idea only made me more nervouse). We do quite a bit of research here on VJ so that we are knowledgable and prepared about each step so when my estimate dates started to get close I assumed there was something wrong and I started to anticipate an RFE. I reread every document i sent in and tried to anticipate where the problem might be. Because of the VJ forums i identified a potential glitch and sent those docs in two weeks ahead of my anticipated review date. Yesterday I got my NOA2 . The VJ forums have quite a few things to say on my issue and most are negative so i am still a little worried but this was a big hurdle. I will not mention the issue until we have our interview because the USCIS is being very understanding and i dont want that to stop. I sing the praises of VJ and all the wonderful helpful people here. So take the time do some searching and I am sure almost any question you have has been addressed here. Could she possibly make a follow up at the INS for the NOA2 to arrive sooner than usual? We have paid 25% of the required package fee for the K1 visa assistance two months ago and my fiance seems reluctant about paying more unless the NOA2 arrives. Perhaps some of you here may help to enlighten me. I'll appreciate your responses. ARIADNE Ariadne, You and your Fiance and do this entire process yourselves. It may be a good idea to direct your Fiance to this site also so that you both can learn more about the process. Check the timeline lists and you will get an idea about the time it may take to get your NOA2. I personally would not give this travel agency any more of my money. I also purchased the flight insurance so i dont get hit so big if the consul doesnt want to issue the visa to us.
