IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Need advice on family visas	I already did the CRBA for my daughter and she has her U.S. passport. my main question now is on the form G-325 for my wife  On the top of the form i have entered her information, next section says APPLICANT'S RESIDENCE LAST 5 YEARS......Do I enter her information or mine since I am the one applying for her visa? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Need advice on family visas	I have a wife from the Philippines, we have been married for 19 months and have a 9 month old beautiful baby girl which was born in Kuwait. We got married in Kuwait where I was a civilian contractor working for the U.S. Army. I'm interested in getting my wife a visa so that she can come join me in the U.S. ASAP since we have the baby. My question is what forms do i need to file in order to expedite this process? I have to go back to the U.S. and do not want to leave my wife and baby in a third country (Kuwait).   Wife (Philippines citizen) Husband (U.S.Citizen) Daughter (U.S. / Philippines Citizen)   I have filled out the following forms;   I-130 is complete and I have no questions.   G-325, on the G-325 I filled out 1 for my wife and 1 for myself but I have questions on hers, It is my understanding I am the applicant and she is the beneficiary so on my wife's do I write down my addresses for the last 5 years or hers? Also do I sign it or does she signs it?   Are there any other forms I need to file that would help expediting her visa?   Any advice would be greatly appreciated.	pilotorc4	Male	Philippines	2013-06-02 15:20:00
