You received official communication from USCIS, this information was not posted in some chat room and addressed to you, c'mon.   I can understand you wanting to receive the letter in your hand but I believe the fact that this information is now being provided on the official website of USCIS is a great asset. 10 days before you receive the official letter in the mail, you know that your petition has been approved and you can spend those two weeks working on the next steps of your journey.   Anyways, good luck to you on the next steps of your journey.    Jenoral,    Don't let anyone take the wind out of your sail!!  People didn't obviously read the whole post, they get stuck on nuances perhaps forgetting that this site is international.   CONGRATS and can't wait for you to get your physical evidence!!  I would/will need it as well!! Hope we get ours soon too :-)    Status on USCIS site On September 30, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.   As of today, Oct 3, I still haven't rec'd a letter. In the meantime,  Status on USCIS site now says On October 1, 2013, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. In no way am i complaining, just curious as i know so many are still waiting but i thought the date on the visa is from when you have the medical and 6 months from then. After my processing time had passed I had made a Service Request, in January. And I just got an email that it has been DENIED. The letter will come by mail with the reason what the problem is????  WHAT SHOULD WE DO???? PLEASE HELP????????? RE-APPLY OR APPEAL???? OR WHAT? PLEASE HELP!!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2013 K-1 Filers	Just wanted to let everybody know, that TODAY I had my medical in Frankfurt/ Germany! The Lady that was checking me was so nice! Everything is fine and the documents are getting send to the embassy in Germany now (also in Frankfurt) I am truely so happy!! X-ray, vaccinations, everything is good :-) And we were getting last Friday our NOA2 hardcopy in mail and the USCIS was changing our status online, also on Friday, that it is getting shipped to NVC now!! When can we start calling them and ask for the case number??? Please follow any instructions on the notice. It's been already 6 months and they can't tell us when we get apporoved?!?!! Pls let us know here how it went for you guys! I'm crossing my fingers the whole time to hear good news from y'all!!:-)) Hi Trisha   Interview went great and we were approved :-)   They were very friendly at the Embassy and firstly i was called up and paid the fee then to another booth i handed in the docs that they requested.   When i was called back up, a very nice American man asked me when did we meet and i told him Facebook and then when did we become romantically involved. He asked me what type of work do i plan on doing in America and where do i plan to live, I told him id like to try photography and any other type of work i can get. He then asked had i any proof of the ongoing relationship and i pulled out prints of chats, facebook page print outs and photos, he also pulled out photos that were sent in with the I-129 application, he looked through all the print outs and when he got to the facebook ones he smiled and said well at least your not trying to hide it on facebook and that put me in better mood as it was going well. Then he said he was going to approve the visa and had me swear an oath that we would get married within 90 days of my arrival in America.   So my biggest bit of advice would be check and recheck your papers and bring as much proof as you can with you for your interview Trisha which im sure you will be approved also.     Adrian & Tisha	Adrian and Tisha	Female	Ireland	2014-02-03 14:30:00

The secretary from the senator we wrote an E-Mail and a letter too was writing us (my fiancé) an E-Mail!!! She wrote him today this message: I wanted to let you know that I had received an update from the TEXAS SERVICE CENTER. USCIS has received your I-129F petition. - (OMG THANK GOD FOR THAT!!! Was my thought, when I read it, I thought it was lost!) Currently your petition is being reviewed and a decision should be issued within 30 business days. I will check in with you again around March 17th. If you should receive notice of a change in status before then please let me know. Thank you... AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH OMG!!! After all that waiting!!!! And I was crying so much an hour ago and wanted to give up in everything i was so down with everything and my life and 20 mins ago I got this message I'm so unbelievable happy again! How close these both feelings are to each other!!! There we just got the standard answer to wait the full processing time before we could get any more information,..... And nothing happend to our case..... My fiance wrote the senator from alabama an e-mail 3 weeks ago and he advised us to a higher person that can get an infopass from uscis about our case! My fiance wrote his secretary and she said to us to mail a letter with authorization that he can gets information for us from USCIS, Copy of NOA1 and my full name and birth date of me and so on.... He should have received this letter yesterday, so we are excited..... Hopefully hearing something good next week!
