Your profile says IR/CR visa. Have you submitted DS-3032, DS-230, I-864 and paid the fees yet?

I think not yet.
Its just hard to answer that right now bcoz im not a petitioner I am beneficiary overseas but my husband will inform me tomorrow if he did pay the fees. I just check the NVC to find out for my information regarding my case and that was I heard that I have MNL case number..it start questioning me what is MNL and what is next to it.

We didnt use Jame's Shortcuts out of choice and definately not begrudging anyone that does....just want to share/show that there are also ways of saving time without using those shortcuts as not everyone is confident in self generating, or simply choose not to use them smile.gif

Suggestions
* Once the USC receive the AOS (I-864) Bill and the copy of the DS-3032 one can save time by emailing or faxing a copy of the DS-3032 Choice of Agent form to the beneficiary overseas who then selects the agent, signs the form and returns it to the address on the form. Doesn't save much but it saves the mailing time from NVC to the spouse.

* Have the beneficiary (now the applicant) fill out the DS-230 and send it to the USC if they are to be the agent....this can be done at any time before the DS-230 is generated at NVC. Once it is generated it will be sent to the agent, the signed copy with the cover sheet (that the agent will receive) which has the barcode can then be mailed to NVC.

* Have the beneficiary (now the applicant) forward any documents, photocopies etc that may be required to be submitted with the DS-230 to you ahead of time. Check out the Department of State website HERE
and select the Instructions for Visa Immigrant Applicant appropriate for the country of your spouse.

* Complete the I-864 which is also available in the above link for download. When NVC generates this form it comes to you with a barcode cover sheet which you will then need to return along with your completed I-864 form.

All the above do not save as much time as Jame's Shortcuts but they do save time.

IMPORTANT
Familiarise yourself with the NVC Flowchart so you know the order in which forms will be generated and what is sent to the USC (petitioner) and your spouse (beneficiary/applicant) to be completed.
NVC Flowchart for I-130/CR-1

NVC Automated Voice Response Service
So your I-130 petition has been approved and forwarded to NVC yes.gif
Now you are wanting to know if it has been received and a case number assigned yes.gif
You can use your CIS (NOA) receipt number from your approval to find out.
On calling the NVC automated voice response number (603) 334-0700 you will.... press 1 for English press 2 for Spanish
press 1 for information about your immigrant visa
It will then ask you if you know your CIS receipt number.....press 1
(Once you have a case number you can use this.....press 2)
You then follow the instructions to key in your number.
If will then tell you if NVC has received the petition, and assigned a number.

This automated service is available 24/7.
Once you have your case number you can call them at any time to hear any updates on your case, using either the NVC case number or your CIS (NOA) receipt number.

Hope this all assists some.

Those wishing to use Jame's Shortcuts, they are now available a couple of posts below.

Choice of Agent
Many members are having success in emailing the NVC to choose their agent in place of sending in the DS-3032. They usually send a confirmation email within a couple of days. If not you will need to call to confirm that it has been accepted. Below is an example email posted by AMarina.

Posted: Jan 11 2006, 12:20 AM AMarina

Thank you for sharing these. They are indeed useful. Here is one more: I read about it at another forum, and successfully used it myself:

As soon as you know (from the answering service or talking with an operator at the NVC) that the Choice of Agent form has been sent out, the beneficiary can EMAIL their choice of agent to NVC. Apparently, there is a rule that if you cannot locate your form (due to bad mail service in your country), you are entitled to appoint your agent by e-mail. We did it on a second day after the form was mailed, and received a response from NVC two days later that they accepted choice of agent (by the way, we still have not received that letter from them yet, lol).

Here is a sample of my correspondence with them:

Dear Sir or Madam,

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).

The NVC has updated the petitioner's address. Please continue to notify the NVC of any change of address or change in personal situation, which may affect the beneficiary's entitlement to a visa.

We have received the Agent of Choice selection.? The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the petitioner.? The fee must be paid according to the instructions before that form will be sent. Please allow two to four weeks for the petitioner to receive this fee bill.

Regards,
National Visa Center

K-3 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresNeed help regarding I 130 approved!
QUOTE (dale_trisha @ Jul 10 2009, 12:50 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
So for the I-130 that means the approval was sent to NVC for your IR1 processing. Your I-129F would be for the K3 visa. Usually you can call the NVC now and get your MNL case number.

Since you do not have approval for the I129F - at least yet. You would want to purse the IR/CR1 route which is covered in the Guides. Get your USCIS case number form the NOA1 of the I129f if it was resubmitted in 2008 and see what the status is.

Having a timeline entered into VJ will really help. It is the My Timeline link on your profile. In your case although you submitted 2 years ago you submitted in 2008 so the duration we are talking about is only since the resubmission. The timeline will also help in determining if a I-129f was submitted.

Can I call the NVC from here in Philippines?
by the way my husband just called me he said that he just recieved the NOA2 today.
star_smile.gif and yes the I129f status good thing you mentioned that bcoz that is also confused me why our I130 approved and the I129f still painding. what is this mean? I copy paste the current status of I129f below:

Application Type: MOTIC, MOTION TO REOPEN BEFORE THE COMMISSIONER

Current Status: The fee was collected at one location, and the case is now pending at our processing site.

As a routine part of processing this MOTIC, MOTION TO REOPEN BEFORE THE COMMISSIONER is now at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. On May 7, 2008, we mailed you a notice explaining this and describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

QUOTE (dale_trisha @ Jul 10 2009, 09:51 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Please complete a timeline so we can est help you. Since you applied for a K3/K4 visa. I am assuming your approval is the approval by USCIS which would be the NOA2. If that is the case and the approval is for both the I130 and I129F then you need to determine if you will persue the K3 route of the IR1 route. Each comes with pros and cons which are discussed in the guides on VJ.

Hi dale trisha

OH MY GOD.

Rick e-mailed me the notices from USCIS that our I-130s (for me and my daughter Pippo) have been approved. I was so stunned!

But the Feds still have our I-129F pending...if they don't send it to us with the same date as our approved I-130s I know we will be in trouble...it would mean we cannot apply for K3 and K4, right? sad.gif

Can someone help me understand what we are going to do if we proceed with CR1? Because from what I understand, I have to become a permanent resident first before our daughter can submit her visa application...is this correct?

The main reason why we want to do a K3 and K4 is so that both Pippo and I can get visas at the same time...if the Feds don't give us an I-129F approval with the same date, then we will be forced into CR1, which is not what we planned...I don't like the idea of leaving Pippo here for any amount of time...

Please help...am happy about the approvals but that was sort of shortlived because there is no approval yet for the I-129F. sad.gif

First, you stated you and your daughter's I-130 were both approved. Did you submit an I-130 for your daughter? If you did then proceed with both I-130s.

If not, then you will need to submit an I-130 for your daughter and slow your process down until your daughter's catchs up to continue with the CR1.

The first thing you need to do if see if the I-130 was sent to the NVC. The I-130 NOA2 will state if the petition was forwarded to the NVC. If it is worded like you are already in the US, then the I-130 is being held for AOS and your I-129f was most likely approved too.

your case is same as my case, I got approved too without knowing that my daugther I129f painding I got worried but so then dont waste your time, while ur case still on process to NVC you can or your husband can submit I130 petition for your daugther and slow down your IV processing. By the time your daugther approve then you and her can submit IV processing to NVC.
Remember your visa will take only 6 months to expire before that happen I hope your daugther I130 approve.
Best Luck for both of us!!!

Hi everyone,

im finally here with my husband... it was all in all 19 hours from my house to our house here in USA... It was tiring but its ok.. I didn't cry in the airport back in the Phils but when we're heading to my husband's place - i broke down bcoz of too much tired and missing my family so much. I know i will be back again but maybe after a year or two.. the good thing is, im with my hubby. Thank GOD for the safe trip. There was a turbulence when we landed to Narita Japan and i was like oh my!!! Wahhh lol. It was like roller coaster hehe..

It's summertime here but for me its cold already lol.. I will get used to it after few months. The immigration process at the airport is fine, the officer is friendly and nice to me. He said i will get my GC within 3 to 6 months. Is it really long? And my SSN will arrive in 6 weeks but i can go to the office to get it soon, he said.

Anyways, GOD bless to those who are still on the process - for sure you're the next one to fly here in USA.. Just be patient..

Kathy

Hi Kathy,

You sure in cloud of happiness right now with husband. geeee I understand the feeling being away of family but you have to think your new home now with your husband.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresMy June 3 & 4 Medical Experience at St. Lukes
QUOTE (jiskat08 @ Jun 4 2009, 12:33 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
Hello everyone! I just want to share my Medical Examination Experience at St. Lukes Extension Medical Center Clinic..

MEDICAL DAY 1 - PAYMENT, BLOOD & URINE TEST, XRAY, EYE, WEIGHT, VITAL, HEIGHT & PHYSICAL EXAM

I woke up at 6:30am and I feel kinda sleepy coz I sleep past 12 midnight. I brought my sterilized milk so that I can drink it while im on the way to St. Lukes Extension Medical Center Clinic at Bagobo St. Ermita Manila. I know it will be a great help as i take my xray exam later.

I brought the ff:
Appointment Letter (email form NVC)
Passport
2x2 Picture (white bacgrkound)
P10,241.00 Medical Fee
Water and sterilized milk (Bear Brand)

I really don't know the exact place since it was my first time also to go to the said clinic. I just prayed that GOD will guide and keep me safe especially its raining. Big Hassle! Also, I haven't ask my dad about the directions since he is very familiar in Manila but since I'm also familiar in Taft area - its not really a problem for me. Anyways, my mom cooked some breakfast for us (for the first time again lol ) since it was also my brother's first day on his class.

I left the house at past 8am and I took an MRT from Santolan to Recto (P15) and then after Recto, I take a walk along this over pass(it was a long over pass and you can view the squatters area). And then I took another LRT from Doroteo San Jose to United Nations (P12).

I was already in UN but I dont know where the Clinic is until I ask this police and he doesn't know also thats why he asked another guy and he told me that SLEC is at the back of Philam Life Building and I just need to turn left. So, instead of riding a tribike (which will cost me P30) I just take a walk until I reached the PHILAM Bldg. In front of PHILAM is PAGCOR Casino Filipino. After that, I turned left and I thought that the clinic is already there so I asked the candy vendor where the SLEC is and he told me to walk until I reached the Barrio Fiesta and once I get there I can view the SLEC bldg.

When i was already in Barrio Fiesta, I can see a number of people outside the bldg. waiting for their relatives to finish their medical. I saw this mini restaurant or carinderia in front of the clinic and you can also see that there's a xerox machine of the said carinderia. I photocopy my passport and NBI and since I forgot my pen, I have no choice but to buy a new one (there's 3 to 5 vendors who are selling ballpen for P10 infront of the entrance door of the clinic)..

The guard asked me if its my first day, I said yes and then he gave me some forms which is the evaluation form, application form and the instruction. He asked my passport and appointment letter and he told me to fill up the form inside and once finished, give it to the receptionist. He stamped my right hand.

STEP 1
After I fill up the form, I gave it to the Reception Area (Ground floor) and she told me to go to the room (this is
in the reception area also) because I need to take a digital picture and encoding of date through my
index finger. I just need put my index finger on the red button then tap it slowly (four times) and you can see it
in the computer anyways. After that, the lady told me to go to 5th Flr. for payment.

STEP 2
I went to the Cashier's Area (once the elevator is already in the 5th Flr. you just have to turn left and that's where the cashier is). I paid the medical fee which costsP10,241.00. then the cashier told me to go to 4th Flr. for blood and urine test. In every floor, there's a reception area where you need to give your papers and you just have to wait for your name to be called.

STEP 3

On the 5th floor, I gave my papers to the receptionist and after 2-3 minutes, the lady called my name and told me to go to the Extraction Area(same floor). So, I went there and a guy assisted me and I took a blood test for HIV then after that he told me to go to the Urine test area(same floor). A lady assisted me and she told me to put my things on the chair then she gave me a
small cup for my urine. It was a good timing bcoz I want to pee also! lol Then after that, I gave the cup to the lady and she told me to wait again. After 2 minutes, she gave me my umbrella and asked if its mine and I said yes and thanks! hehe..

Ok, then after that she told me to go to 3rd Flr to take an Xray Exam... So i went down on the said floor and I got the chance to meet some Filipina who is also taking their medical exam.. The process is kinda fast thats why we weren't able to talk for that long so I went inside the changing room, changed my tshirt and wear the xray gown. Then i proceed to the Xray Room and the lady told me to put my things on the chair and she gave me a heavy square bag while im having the xray exam - its really odd and i think this is to test more of your lungs thats why they want us to carry this heavy bag. While taking the xray, the lady told me to inhale then exhale. On this part, I didn't inhale that much hehehe..(My friend told me not to inhale that much) but it just bothered me coz i was carrying this heavy square bag and I asked the lady, What's this?! and she said, there's a magic in there..lol I was like hmm.. ok. So after that she told me to go to 5th floor for an Eye test and Physical Examination.

STEP 4
I went up to the 5th floor and I gave my papers to the USA counter area.. Remember, there's two counter/receptionist on the 5th floor . On the left side you can see a counter for the coutries of Australia/New Zealand and Canada and on the right side, there's the counter for USA.

So, I gave my papers to the counter area then she told me to wait for my name to be called. After 5 minutes, a guy called my name and he told me to take off my socks to check my weight.. He said to face the audience (I was lil shy coz there's lot of people waiting and you know looking at me haha) and I was smiling and then I said I'm underweight and he replied, your just slim. hehehe..He said to wait again for my name to be called.

After 2 minutes, a lady called my name to check my blood pressure and I told her, do i still have blood? hahaha she said, lets see lol.. My blood pressure was 110/70 and I asked her if its normal, she replied yes it is. Yehey! I thought i'm anemic.. So again, she told me to wait for my name to be called.. Then, after 2 - 3 minutes one of the medical staff (guy) told me to go to the Eye Test Room. As i entered, a doctor asked me if im wearing contact lens or eyeglasses - obviously i'm wearing eyeglasses and he checked it. He started to ask me about the alphabet letters in front of me which i really can't read especially the small ones..He also asked me if i have period, i said no... Then after that, he told me to give the paper to the receptionist again..

STEP 5
The waiting time is kinda long because I've waited like 20 minutes for the physical examination. I got my number (24) and while waiting I got the chance again to talk to some fellow Filipina about their visas, how & where did they met their husbands and their interview dates... It was a cool talk (we forgot to ask each others name lol) until each one of us has to go inside the room for physical test.. And then it was my turn, I went inside the room and a lady doctor asked me a few questions about my health.

These are the folliowing questions:

What is your name
How old are you
When was your last period
Did you take any illegal drugs
Are you pregnant / have you been pregnant before
Are you sexually active
Are you allergic to any medicine or foods
Do you have TB or is there anyone in your house who has TB
Do you smoke
Do you have cancer or diabetes
Did you any operation before

After I answer all those questions, she told me to sign the paper stating that i am telling the truth.. Then after that, she told me to read the instructions posted at the wall and it says please take off your clothes and your socks. I take off my clothes and socks and I asked her if i need to wear the robe - she said yes.

She told me to lay down at the bed and she put her fingers on my chest checking my heartbeat, then she told me to put
my hands up in my head then after that she told me to bend my legs and open it then she checked my precious one lol. She also check my wrist. And after that, then she told me to stand up and she checked my ear and she asked If I had an operation on my ear before.. I said no. Then she told me to wear my clothes.. While im taking my clothes on, she also asked me if my I have false teeth... After that, she told me to give the paper to the receptionist..

I gave the papers to the receptionist and the lady told me to go down to 2nd Floor at the vaccination room.. The doctor
called my name and she asked me if I had my previous chickenpox (bulutong). I said yes, and she said tell me where you scar is? I told her, I cant since i got my chicken pox when i was elementary.. She also asked about my last period and then she told me that I will take my vaccinations for Anti Cervix Cancer, Anti Tetano, Anti Measles and Anti chicken pox . I thought I'm going to take my shots on that day but it wasn't.. So after that she just told me to give the papers to the Checkout Counter.

I gave my papers to checkout counter including the Evaluation form and the guy returned my passport and reciept. He told me to go back again tomorrow for the vaccinations and for the results..

MEDICAL DAY 2 - VACCINATIONS AND RELEASING OF RESULTS

I woke up at 12:30noon even though the checkout counter told me to go back at 10am...So, I went to SLEC again past 2pm afternoon then i gave my passport and receipt to the guard and he check my data from the computer. He told me, did you take your digitial photo yesterday? I guess you didn't coz your picture is not here in the computer.. I replied, I did! He stamped my hand and then he told me to go to 2nd Flr for vaccination..

STEP 1
I gave my passport and receipt to the guard since there's no medical staff. He then gave my passport and receipt to the medical staff inside the room and I've waited like 20 - 30 minutes. There's a few people who are also waiting for their vaccination. While waiting, I was talking to my husband over the phone using YM hehe just to clear off the boredom lol..

After the long wait, a guy called my name over the mic and i went inside the vaccination room. I sit down and the medical staff asked me some questions like, When is the first day of your last period, are you allergic to any medicine or food? He gave me 2 papers - Evaluation form I told him I already filled up the evaluation form yesterday and he said its a different one. He also gave me the lists of the symptoms to observe after I take my vaccination.

He started to give me 2 shots on the right arm and then the 2 shots on the left. The last shot is the anti cervix cancer which is kinda pain but before that the guy asked me if im left handed or right handed.. I am right handed so he shot the anti cervix cancer on my left arm. Ouch! So, after all those tiny needles entered into my veins... The guy told me to go to the Ground floor and wait for my name to be called for the releasing of results..

It took almost 40 minutes and many of us are also waiting for their results.. So while waiting - I bought some snacks because i started to feel the hunger.. It was already 6 in the evening too!

After the long wait....... a guy called my name while I was talking to some fellow Filipina then i go to Counter B and the guy started to ask my name and the first day of my last period. He asked me if I got pregnant before and i said never been preggy.

He gave me the cd (xray result - he never told me not to open it), vaccination document worksheet and my receipt.
He told me, your passport will be forwarded to USEM including the vaccination document worksheet. He also said that my interview date is on June 16, 2009.

On the vaccination document worksheet, he told me that I need to follow up the 2 shots that was given to me which is Varicella and Human Papillomavirus to a private clinic. I asked him, can i do that here in St. Lukes - he replied its too expensive here.. Better go to a private clinic for another shots.. He also told me that I need to take another shot in USA which is the Td or Tdap - he encircle it and put USA on the paper..

Whew! Finally the day is over and I can go home but gosh it was rainy outside.. I really want to go home since my left arm is in pain also..

Anyways, thats all folks..I hope you enjoy my medical experience.. btw, I will post some pictures inside the clinic....I tried to take some pics but since its not really allowed and its kinda akward lol.. This is the only pictures that i've stolen.. lol

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Proceduresgovernment assistance for K1 visa

I am assuming the assistance you're talking about is unemployment benefit. If this is the case, it won't have any bearing in the approval of the application.
The most important thing is getting through the first phase of getting an approval for the K-1 petition, which will take a few months. By then, the petitioner
would be employed now for a few months and can prove job stability and exceeds the poverty guideline for annual salary. The USEM will be mainly concerned
with the petitioner's current income and the petitioner's ability to support the beneficiary once in the US.

yes...He got his job back before he applied his petition but his issue is he was still in government assistance now. He said that his income is around 35+ I was wondering about the income poverty level of USEM if that will going to effect. hopefully not. He filed last year October 2011 and their case still pending..guess they have to cross their finger.Thank you so much for the reply It help so much.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Proceduresgovernment assistance for K1 visa
Hello Everyone and Happy New Year!

This topic is not for me but its for a friend that waiting on K1 approval. her papers processed last year October 2011 for a K1 visa and after a few weeks her fiance received Case Number. Right now their case is pending. Her worried about is--her fiance have Government assistance program which is helping him temporarily for some other things that he cannot afford here in USA. last year before he applied the k1 visa he lost his job so he need to find a way to survive here so he apply for assistance. Now he is back on track and have his job he seems ok now. BUT THEIR WORRIES more if the government assistance will make a big deal on the INS if they find out about it. He is afraid that the K1 visa might be denied because of it.
I was hoping to help them answer the question and hope to get answer from here..

thank you so much in advance....

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresSo our petition got denied, what's next?...SAD
our case got denied before..we given 30 days to appeal a motion to reconsider and we did it. after my husband appeal we again waiting on years our case takes forever it actually take longer than 2 years until i get tired of waiting and decided not to come..but months went fast and after 2 years where our case is reviewing to many different places of INS until oneday we recieved a denial again! so what my husband did is to hire a lawyer it cost us a fortune to pay for it and he even tried to send a mail to Mr.Bill Clinton he is a us veterans and he explained his heartache of immigration status and what he wanted from america is to send his family here..for some reason i do not know if somebody received it or what but the next month we have our approval. Our lawyer just continue the process until we got here in USA. The total waiting on our visa is-----4 years! under IR1 visa. Good luck! just follow what it says in the notice and go from there!

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresI-134 Question

I know this has been asked a thousand times in different variations, and I have read a bunch on it... I guess I'm just throwing the questions here just to get more peace of mind on the subject. So I'd appreciate any input. I'm about 2 months into the NOA1 stage right now.

Concerning income:

1. I had zero income last year. Didn't work at all. Therefore, I didn't file taxes for 2011. I've read other posts stating that a letter stating that you just write a letter explaining this. Should I be worried about only have a letter that explains this?

2. I started my job April 15th and received NOA1 May 11th. So, going by timeline estimates we should be getting a NOA2 in October and probably an interview in November. So by the time she gets to the interview, I'll probably have sent her roughly 6-7 months worth of pay stubs (12-14 stubs as I get payed every two weeks). My gross income (as I've read is what they go by), is $24k-ish, but after only seven months of employment, there will only be evidence of about $14k earned so far this year. Will all of my pay stubs showing consistent income for that period, coupled with a letter from my employer saying that I'm an awesome employee, we'll keep him forever and ever, blah blah blah be good enough?

I know you all get tired of these questions, but I can't help but worry. Thanks for any replies.

You probably need a co-sponsor--from what you said the Embassy always basis on your Income they reason of doing that is they have to make sure that your fiance will not end up into Government assistance. You have to show them proof like co sponsor. your Employer letter is not good enough.

Goodluck!!

Have your friend read the step-by-step K-1 guide found in the Guides section, located at the top of the forum page. Additionally, she should check the Phil embassy page on the forum for their specific requirements.

BTW, lose the caps.....they are hard to read and indicate that you are yelling in internet parlance.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresAbout DS-157 and DS-156

Get tax transcripts from the IRS so you do not need the W2s or 1099 or the complete tax return--less chance for an RFE with the tax transcript. Bank statements can be copies. A letter from the bank should be on letterhead with an origianl signature. Same for employment letter. Make copies and take both into interview and let them keep the copies.

The petitioner gives you the I-134 with an original signature and with all supporting documents. The rest is from the beneficiary and nothing has to be notoirized.

Good luck,

Dave

Dave I have 1 more question..about bank statement, does he need to provide bank letter? what about the copy of transaction statement? is it acceptable? thanks!

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresQuestion in I-156
Hello VJ's,

I knew I been posting a lot of questions here...but I getting paranoid of my very close friend status..I knew she been approved and she called the NVC and they said that her case is already sent to Manila Embassy so Im pretty sure she will have news from manila few days or weeks. She prepared everything she got like. She had question on DS-156 and the question #5 ( List name, date and place of birth of all unmarried children under 21 years of age. so she list down her 2 kids name. but none of them is going to US with her..the children like to stay in Philippines with grandparents, her question is below of that is the following documents must be attached in order to apply the fiance visa..DOES HE NEED TO BRING ALL HER CHILDRENS BIRTH CERTIFICATE? I MEAN SHE IS NOT BRINGING THEM ALL SO WHY THE IMMIGRATION IS ASKING ALONG OTHER DOCUMENTS.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresDid you send your sexual conversations?

Ok, I'm trying to go through our on yahoo chats to send for proof of our relationship, but our conversations seem to turn sexual a lot. Im really ashamed to send it, but my Fiance said well they wanted proof so give them what they want... what do you guys think

From what I noticed during my Interview is..they will ask your proof of communication and they dont even dare to read them. I mean you only had limited of hours to be there and they wont spend hours and hours just to read your emails/ chat logs while so many applicants is there waiting. bring them anyway, if that is your prove then give it to them.

goodluck!
