Keeping my fingers crossed on this one..........     They send so many messages that don't make any sense it really makes one wonder if they have a clue how their system works. Anyway on the bright side they actually "touched" your case. If your worried about the address change just give them a call and ask about it. Hope this means your finally getting approved. I emailed my senator last week, she told me my petition is assigned to an agent and it will be decided within 30 days. I guess as long they didn't lose the petition then it just a matter of time..............   Good luck to us all!!!   Tommyfebruary - hang in there. I can completely relate. We're now at 67 days past transfer and I am at such a loss as to what to do next. I rang on Tuesday and lodged a service request - but now what? They said I could expect an answer by the 25th of this month but I don't know what I'm supposed to do in the meantime. Do I keep calling them every day to follow it up? I can't afford to sit on the phone for 2+ hours every morning to speak to a tier 2 who will probably just tell me the same thing the original agent did. It's distressing to be waiting for so long with no indication on anything. Does anyone have suggestions as to what to do? I'm reluctant to go down the congress path at this stage because from what I've seen it doesn't seem to have helped others and its just another person involved in the process. Call logs, affidavits of support, flight confirmation etc only proves that you have an on going relationship.       Won't let me edit,    129F - Passport photo's and some form 130 - Proof of a bonafide marriage.     We have mountains of evidence to send in; skype call logs, affidavits of support from 8 people (4 each), flight confirmation, hotel bookings, passport stamps, wedding contract, about 200 photo's....   Looking for a bit of advice.  We are thinking of ignoring the 129f RFE and just responding to the I130.  Anyone know if anyone else has done similar?  Has it caused any delays? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July 2013 I-130 Filers	Thank you my friend,   its sad that our country's leaders are willing to put illegal immigrants who is already with their families ahead of separated families that is trying to do things the right way.   Not trying to bring politics into this conversation, just a minor complaint      No you should't be worried. I tried to do the same thing a few days ago and it did the same to me. I had even posted my experience here on VJ.  Anyways, there are so many filers from June that still need approval who have been transferred 15-20 days before us.    What that tells me is the "60 day notice" is just a piece of ####### because even those filers who are in Nov 2013, get accepted at NBC and are routed to NSC and are given a 60 day notice. Does that mean they are going to get approvals in 60 days.
