I ahvent posted in months.... well i have new news me and my husband are trying to work things out since divorce is not an easy path. Wish us the best....now the problem my lawyer AKA my husbands uncle is AGAINST the marriage (He even said that he will consider us both dead if we went ahead witht he marriage)!! So what do I do, I"m worried if he does anything so I ahev a few questions can anyone please help me....THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!! 1) Can a lawyer cancel visa application? (I havent signed anything that givs him power of attorney) 2) What if I wished to extend interview date (June 1st)? How do I go about doing that? 3) What should be done in case crazy lawyer uncle recalls his affidavit of support joint spnser form, will I ahve to find a new one quick? I have a feeling they are laying low and hiding until the interview date (june 1st)..... what do I do. I dont want him here and I want to be free of this man....what paperwork should I file until I get a divorce to stop the interview and immigration. I have some minor good news, ISL recieved husban'ds p3 and will send an interview date soon...InshaAllah! quick question....my brother in law plans to marry in july to a USC.....he plans to do k1 or k3 i forget which one....how long is it taking to process these for people going thru ISL? Our lawyer keeps saying they will be together in no more than 4 months? is that possible? help me clear things up!!!
