US Embassy and Consulate DiscussionLast Minute Panic
Well, my interview is very, very soon (9:30am Monday morning to be exact), and I'll be leaving for Quebec early tomorrow morning, so naturally I'm going through that last minute panic to make sure I have everything, and that it's done correctly. As such, I have a couple little questions, the answers to which would be most useful to me before I leave :P

1) I don't believe it says so anywhere, but do they want everything for the interview in one 'package' like we sent in for the I-129F package, or are different bits going to different people?

2) Regarding DS-156: a) I'm assuming the answer to 'How long do you intend to stay in the US?' would be 'Indefinitely'?, b) That the purpose of my trip is 'Marriage/Immigration'? c) That the answer to 'Has anyone ever filed a visa petition on your behalf?' would be 'Yes' at this point? Am I way off or should I rephrase any of these?

3) Regaring the same, it asks if I intend to work in the US. Is that an 'immediately' or an 'eventually' type of question? I'm self-employed, so I'd like to continue that, but I plan on shutting down shop for at least two months while we get settled, and I know that I can't start selling again until I get proper work authorization, which I'm willing to wait for as long as it takes. So, 'Yes' vs. 'No'?

4) (This is just my own curiosity wondering). Financial stuff. His son is a partial dependant (doesn't live with him, just pays support)-- would this make our 'Household Size' 3, or still 2? If it's 2, we're quite good as he makes more than 125% of the poverty line for two people, and if it's considered 3 he doesn't quite make enough, but has enough assests to cover a little more than 5x the difference. I'd just feel more confident knowing for sure that we were good for the 125% thing.

That's it, for now-- I'm sure I'll think of something else when I go through everything again. Multiple thanks in advance, and any extra advice or suggestions are welcome :)

(I have never been so stressed out or so terrified in my entire life. Send us lots of luck!)

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionInterview... "Photos of Applicant"? What?
Adjusted Status in '08. After I sent it I-751 got an RFE, then an interview notice requesting more evidence as well as the I-864.

Thank you both.

As for 125% & 30K... yeah, no. I sent the MIL the I-864 to fill out for us (does my husband still need to do one?), but it's proving a lot of... fun... to get it from her.

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionInterview... "Photos of Applicant"? What?
The 'Appointment for Form I-751 Interview' notice says to bring, amongst other things, '3 Photos of Applicant', with absolutely no other information as to what kind of photos they want, or what they'll be used for. Errr... help? I don't have a clue what I'm supposed to bring.

We also have nothing new to show them in terms of evidence (er, aside from another receipt from the vet- has both our names & address on it. But I sent them some older ones already). No kids, no leases or mortgage or joint ownership of anything (he had pretty much everything before I moved in, didn't bother adding my name), I'm on his insurance but I already sent in copies of our insurance cards, already sent in tax returns, etc. Are we screwed?

Also asked for an I-864... it doesn't say anything about a filing fee for it, but I assume we'll have to cough that up as well?
