Sure enough, they did email it:   We are unable to complete the processing of your immigrant visa application under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended, until you present the following documents or complete required action from your end:   From Petitioner * - US Federal Income Tax Return(s) for year(s) for 2012 - W-2 Form(s) for year(s) for 2012   OR, - Signed letter of explanation and legal basis for not filing Income Tax Returns   From a Qualified Joint Sponsor * - W-2 Form(s) for year(s) for   They didn't specify what year was required for the joint sponsor, so we're sending in this years'. Hello,   Our son completed his interview today, and was asked after the interview to mail additional documents, and the details will be sent to him via email. I checked the status on the CEAC site and it appears to be under Administrative Processing. He was not issued a 221g form, however. If not, his mother is not counted in his household size. Household size is not about who lives with you. If he has no other dependents, then his household size would just be 2, himself and you. For 2 people he needs to be making at least $18,912 a year. If the sponsor cannot meet the appropriate poverty guideline, consider getting a co-sponsor. The sponsor must be able to show sufficient income or financial resources to assure that the alien (you) will not become a public charge while in the United States. Your assets are not relevant for Form I-134. This is a very frequently discussed topic, review recent threads for more information. thanks for taking the time to answer. Only thing that really bothers me is that affidavit of support : my US fiance just start his job one month ago. He's living with his mom which has monthly retirement pay. I got my own savings of around € 60K plus a group/health insurance that could be converted if need for around € 70K. Do you think this will be sufficient for the affidavit of support ? Philippines	visa arrived today! And discount PAL ticket?	We got the visa in hand! I remember reading about 'first time immigrant visa one-way ticket' on PAL. Anyone have more info on that? Is it something that needs to be booked at a PAL office with proof or can it be done online? I searched the PAL web site, could not find info on it. Mahalo!
