Is the mail reliable where you are? you will need to receive the paper RFE to be able to answer the USCIS.

Yep, it is US mail btw I live in California.

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & ProceduresGot 2 RFE statement for I-130 for my wife
I am applying for my wife to join me to USA through I-130 as IR, by the way both of us are from the same country and I am USC, last time when I checked my status online it showed:

On March 16, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the material requested. This case will be held in suspense until we either receive the evidence/information or the opportunity to submit it expire.

and today when I checked my status, it showed different date:

On March 19, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information.

when I checked my mail, till now I didn't get anything that was sent on March 16, 2013.

Really I am so confused, after waiting for almost 9 months on my case since I sent it, and now I got two different RFEs.

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Proceduresupgrade I-130 from LPR to USC
I am a LPR and I filled I-130 for my wife almost 5 months from now in california service center, when I went through CSC I found it takes almost 14 months for I-130 to be approved, now I m gonna get my citizenship on Jan 2013, so If I upgrade my LPR to USC, do I still be considered for 14 months for my I-130 to be approved or they gonna switch me to 5 months to be approved and they gonna consider the date when I filled I-130?
