Have you sent her/him a copy of the packet you sent in with your i-129f and the "originals" of documents you submitted (ex. Divorce paper)? With the i134 send pay stubs, bank records, tax transcripts, letter from employer. And phone records, emails, etc after you filed the petition showing the relationship is still continuing. I see. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NoA1 Came in, well, two of them did. But now what?	Ohhhh.. Okay. Changing answers 1. You should many copies of this NOA2. Scanned copies, photocopies etc etc. This NOA2 is VERY important come AOS time (when in the US). 2. It took maybe a month for us to get the letter (USC got it in the mail). Some people call. I didn't waste time/money. 3. Website won't update. You will get something in the mail with a barcode and the case number for the beneficiaries country on it 4. As before, foreigner does this. You should complete the I-134 (if you haven't already) and send that to her, as well as the your further letter of intent... and I think something else... You will most likely get P3 via email but this differs country to country. I filled out a I-134 for her tourist visa that she got in June or so (and used in July for 3 weeks) I will just edit that form (PDF file on my PC) for our fiancee visa. Further letter of intent? I haven't heard about this... is it pretty much a letter explaining How we met, and what we plan to do once she gets here? Because that's included in the packet already along with evidence of our meeting within 2 years. and that one thing you didnt remember what it was.... how 'bout...now? Around 5 months at the moment from reports, until you will get "petition approval" (NOA2) and then NVC will send you a letter with your case number 2. Not for around 6 months or so 3. Some people do. I just waited till my fiance (USC) got it in the mail. 4. You don't fill them out. That's the foreign beneficiaries "job". That's the visa stage and it's all about her. Well, that's just a mistake I'm guessing. Anyways, where do I go from here? When will I get my case number from NVC? Do i have to call somewhere to get it, or will the USCIS website have an update with further instructions? What about these next packets, 3 and 4? When do i fill those out? Now, the NoA2 is in the mail, should my fiance (who lives in Poland) be expecting to get something in the mail? If not yet, then at what point will SHE be contacted throughout this process? Do i need to fill both of those forms out and then send them to her? Or just one, and if just one, which one? thanks. I-134 and I-864 when Fiance is sending out her packet after NoA2 -- they're asking for her to send out a I-864 and I-134 along with the packet she got when she got her case number... now, i had about $10,000 when we began to petition for the fiancee visa, and then bought a car. Now i stand at around $2,000 in my savings which isnt much at all.... when i fill out the forms should i just add old statements, or a current one.... or does it not even matter because i make abover the 125% requirement? Original hardcopy of your NOA1, NOA2, I-134 with your signature, photo copy your visa or passport stamp should be okay. Just the major documents need to be original. Good luck and God bless! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	after NoA2, Sending out things to fiance.. questions	The copy to fiancee is a safeguard. For what is worth, Warszawa is not a difficult consulate/embassy. Our experience at the interview was 10 minutes: 3 questions; seems to me they had already made their decision before the interview happened and the interview was just a formality. Other couples here had similar experience. They did return the pictures I had sent with the original 129F. As in your case, my now spouse had been here on a tourist visa and we included those pics (I selected the ones where the background was obviously here). So glad to hear this thanks a ton!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	after NoA2, Sending out things to fiance.. questions	Alright so i'm following the link: http://www.visajourn...content/k1guide I didnt know about this place when i started the whole i-129f process back in April, so i didn't know i had to make a copy of the initial packet i sent out in April! I have a lot of it on my computer as PDF files and such, but it says to (now) send my fiance a copy of the packet! I'm not sure which pictures i included as supporting evidence, i sent out ticket stubs for when we met in December (i don't have copies of those)... I can print out the completed forms I-129f, G-325a for me and her, but i would have to re-sign them and re-date them, and I'm not sure what dates i put on the originals i sent out!! Do i just include what i have? should i re date the forms with dates from the time i was filling them out (won't be accurate) I don't want it looking shady... What im sending out so far: 1) Copy of the Original 1st packet (won't be complete as stated above) 2) A new letter of intent for our plans, (current date) 3) 1-134 with 5 pay stubs (USMC LES statements), a W2 from last year, and I'll get my CO or Ssgt to write me a "letter from employer" 4) Original NoA1 and NoA2 along with their envelopes.. (if it matters) 5) Proof of relationship continuing - A screenshot of Skype and Facebook conversations 1 for every month, May - November - Jaga came here to the US on a tourist visa, I'll include 15 pictures of us together here in the US. - to the interview she'll bring her passport with the visa still in there and a flight itinerary from her trip. - For Christmas leave I'm going to Poland so, a copy of my flight itinerary that i have for this upcoming December. The NVC only accepts the appropriate I-864 form(s) listed above. there just seems to be a ton of frustrating conflicting information everywhere ugh.. so do i still send out the i-134 to my fiance as visa journey suggests, or do i follow those instructions and fill out the I-864 instead?? (after i got the NoA2) My girl (in Poland) received DS-230 and some instructions, she followed the instructions they sent - which said to not send any documents other than ds230 and IVF04. When you go to the PDF file at the end of the form, page 2 pretty much, there is a spot where you can write something in the PDF form but it doesnt state if it should be blank or a signature or initials or... what? check it out: http://www.visajourn.../Form-I-134.pdf the blue editable box under "am aware of mine" above the date. should i sign it there, and where it says "signature" or just leave that blue spot empty? I have the following questions. 1. How long does it take for the embassy to contact send packet 3. few weeks 2. I have started working on paperwork. What things we can show for relationship proof. pictures, phone logs, chat logs, letters, e-mails 4. What things we need to submit for I134 affidavit of support. i submitted paystubs, and 3 W2's, as well as a letter from the employer. 5. For secondary evidence of birth certificate we need to submit a notary (affidavit) from the parents regarding our birth details. Normally we use stamp papers for that. Can anybody let me know whether it can be RS 100 stamp paper will be ok. no idea.. 6. I remember seeing one of you say there were only about 3 questions, and it seemed as if heir decision was already made before the interview even started.
