National Visa Center (Dept of State)	confused	Hello I am filing for my husband and on the nvc it has a date on top of dec 16 2013 and on the lower part of the paper it has pirority date of feb 6 2013 my question is it says it they the nvc dont hear from me from the date I would have to reapply but im confused because I dont know if they are talking about the feb 6 2013 date or the dec. 16 3013	twhynes	Not Telling	Jamaica	2014-01-31 23:59:00
