Thank you! well i got the same generic answer of wait 2 to 3 weeks, but i kept calling till i found an operatort that realy looked at the problem and told me that it shows payed in one system and not payed on the other, he asked me to wait, called another department, and told me the problem will be fixed. I checked in the evening and it shows payed. I think you just need to find the right operator who has knowledge of what to do and is willing to put an effort beyond locking at the screen and repeating the case status as in AVR.	dadiss	Male	Morocco	2008-07-16 19:15:00

I didn't know the payment wasn't connected until they received my parents DS-230 (in one big envelope) and the status in the voice system for both my parents are different. I guess we just have to patiently wait and see what they can do for us. BTW, what did operator tell you about this? Call the NVC and be persistant with Operator (try a different one if it does not work) but they will their supervisor who will in turn call the right Department in NVC and will get it fix for you. National Visa Center (Dept of State)	NVC Online Payment System with Pictures	I did the same thing payed the IV bill online on 07/07, on 07/08 it shows paid on the receipt tab but "NOT PAID" on the invoice tab. The money is deducted from my checking account. I called NVC a couple time since 07/08 and still their system shows as unpaid. I was able to print the DS230 barcode cover sheet and i did send the package but now I am worried the package will not be processed timely. (Vermont Center)	Well, i got anoyed waiting for NOA 1 for my previous I-130. so i sent both applications I-129 and I-130 this time with another check on October 29th and suprise i got a NOA 1 for my I-129F application today . I am glad i decided not to wait for the I-130 NOA1 and that finaly the I-129F is on track. I am going to wait I feel like I am almost there why mess up now. [/quote] I called USCIS too and they recommend not to send it. They told me if i go ahead and send the I-129F form without the I-130 receipt it will be rejected as it is directed toward a K3 visa. I am not sure how the process of K3 visa work and if they link the two form via the case number from the I-130 application that comes first or they are completly separate. If they are completly separate then it won't heart to send the I-129F the worst case it will be rejected and there is no fee involved. (Vermont Center)	Hi everyone, It’s getting very annoying to wait until Friday when the USCIS update there processing time to find no change. It’s been 5 weeks since Vermont has made any progress in the I-130 form. I am becoming very impatient waiting for the I-130 Receipt, so my question is this: Does anyone knows what will happened if I send the I-129F form without waiting for the I-130 receipt and send the Postal delivery proof instead as proof of I130 submission ? Will this create any confusion or delay the process or just won’t heart to try? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Processing time difference between 129 F for K1 and K3 visa	Hi VJs, I am deeply concerned about some information I saw. The Vermont center has been very active processing and approving 129F petition for K1 visa (close to September), but lagging significantly in approving 129F petition for K3 visa (stuck on July). Shouldn’t the priority be the same since it’s the same form??? Any on e has any clarification in this subject, and on whether 129F petition for K3 visa be approved and sent to NVC before approval of associated 130 petition? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Case Number for I-130 does it take long to get into system after NOA1?	Hi guys, I hope someone knows something about this subject. I filled my first I-130 in September 14/07 and Jointly filled another I-130 with I-129 on October 28th. I got first NOA1 for my I-129 on November 10th and it was quickly logged into the system so i can check the status online. I got NOA1 for my first I-130 in December 28 th and an NOA1 for the second I130 today. Both NOA1's for the I-130 are not in the system yet, though for the first one it's almost\ a month. Is this delay to enter the case Numbers for I130 Normal ? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	K3 No longer a valid visa!!!!!!	The cancelation of the I 129F is affecting, i believe, the VJs who filled after july 31th and had the fee waived for the I 129 F. Yet there is some exception to this rules as i can see from the timelines. In deed, at least for the Vermont center, they are canceling the I129F petition and moving only the I130. I feel my turn is coming, i have similar timeline to Dave, I-130 recieved on 9/11/07 with no touch since 02/24/08. I hope to hear good news by next week. My weeding ceremony is scheduled July26, so if i am very very lucky (which I start to doubt with uscis) we'll be back together to the US in mid August. Yes, after losing all hope and suffering painfully for 9 months, I finally got the magic CRIS emails indicating the approval of 3 petitions I-129 F, my first I-130 and my second I-130 all at once. (Second I-130 sent in desperation?) Now I am wondering what will be forwarded to the NVC and what’s not. please Any one who got both petition approved at the VSC let me know what happened so I can be prepared, and how to keep both track (K3 and CR1) going in parallel ? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Postponing K3 inteview	Hi, I just got the K3 interview scheduled for my wife on July 28th. That was good news to reached this stage of the process, the downside is that our weeding ceremony will be on July 27th and there is no way we will make it to the embassy the next day? I need to postpone the interview date and I am worried postponing it will result in too much delay or any other unforeseen troubles. Anyone had similar situation or know about how flexible there are postponing interview dates and whether they pick the new date or we get to choose? There is no mentioning -in the Packet 3- for the affidavit of support form (I-134), pay stub or any thing from the petitioner side, I found that unusual, I will send her the AOS document anyway but was wondering should they be sent to the consulate with the other document or brought to the interview ? Hi, I couldn't help my curiosity I noticed in your timeline that you filled N-400 for citizenship. Are you counting 3years(-90 days) from the date you got you green card or from the day of marriage. I guess I will just apply for AOS here and money wise it will be less expensive than travelling back for CR1. My only reason for seeking the CR1 visa is the Permanent resident status you get right away and as my wife is planning to go to college there is a lot of money at stake between resident and non resident. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	got a K3 and going for a CR1 visa	Hi all, I need your help VJs. I got a K3 visa a month ago and I am currently in the US, My CR1 interview has been scheduled for October 23th. I am thinking about going back home for the interview to get the CR1 visa, which I know is far better than the K3, and will save me the hassle of AOS. My worry is that they may cancel my K3 visa during the interview and a worse scenario of having to deal with the AP. Does any one had or know about a similar situation, is it a common process to cancel an already given K3 visa during the interview or not? Also do you know if I have to take the medical exam for the new CR1 interview knowing that I just had one for the K3 visa two months ago.
