US Citizenship General DiscussionUS/Canadian citizenship
Thanks!!!!

Actually I did take a look and - thank God - I can have dual citizenship. I still got a little over a year before I can start my citizenship process, but I guess I'll start studying already.... too much info!

Since this was started then, how about me? I am from Brazil and I'd love to keep my citizenship... Is this allowed between Brazil and the US? Thanx!!

About the photos you sent: are they regular pictures, with you and your husband or they are the passport style photos? Do I need to send 2 passport style photos or that was dropped?

Thanks in advance!

You definitely need to let them know you've moved. Nowadays is even easier, as you can do it over the internet. Good Luck!

Removing Conditions on Residency General DiscussionRenewing Driver's License with extension letter-
I think I am going to have the same problem, because they will only renew my DL whenever I show them something with a new expiration date, since my DL expires on the same date my GC expires. I wish I could go there 60 days prior to the expiration date, but they won't renew since my GC will expire soon also..... I'll try to go there with the extension letter, but I'm pretty sure I'll need the stamp to be able to renew my DL. Oh GOsh!

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresCan someone help me??
One thing I know, if she came here just to visit you, without thinking about marriage while on her visit, then it's ok to get married and then apply for adjustment of status (where both of you go to the interview for the green card). You can tell when a person comes here intending to get married or not just by looking at her luggage. So, if you're not lying that she didn't come here this time to get married and that you were indeed thinking to start the K1, then don't worry... I know plenty of couples with stories like that.
