I submitted my pack 3 { ds-230 with other documents} a month ago and i'm thinking of there's anyone in this category who has received his appointment package or who has gotton his visa.Thanks. eLow!im also F2A category,my husband file us sept 18,2003 and it takes 5yrs before our case is current..my husband file us when he was permanent resident but now his citizen.. we just finish our interview last aug12,unfortunately still no visa until now becoz of the DV thing..kung napasama mo na yung DS230 mo that's the last step all you have to wait now is our appointment letter for interview and medical.. kasi ako nun napasa ko yung DS230 part1&2 mga november na 2007,then lumabas yung appointment letter nmen to embassy etong june 26 lang tapos ng pa early medical kami ng july 22..bale 8mons din tinagal bago dumating yung interview letter kasi nga hindi sya citizen kaya medyo matagal..SO hope it helps.. basta pag my tanong ka im willing to help ha ..kasi napag daanan ko na yan Anong priority date mo?kelan mo napasa yung DS230 part 1& 2 mo? cge gudluck!God Bless	MAUCHI	Female	Philippines	2008-09-09 05:34:00

Called NSO and USEM as planned today,well,first time we called NSO since i found out in this site that we could do that.,My husband spoke this guy Richard,figured it was him coz husband looked for him and lady passed phone to a guy which he talked to,but unfortunately,he made us sad-he said to my husband that they dont give info of status regarding DV,my husband told him that we've been waiting for 1 month since our intervie.And again he said he can't or they can't.How come people in here talking about how nice this guy is and how helpful he is-maybe he just don't like us,that's way too bad coz we jsut wanna knoiw whether they have our documents or was it been released to USEM. So called USEM again but Grace neither Lorraine were available today.But person in charge at calling center said same stutus on their file that we have like a week after interview...I have been in the US as K1 visa 2004 (didn't get married so i had to come back here in RP)only 1 week and i got my visa,no DV process etc....But right now,i dont believe what's happening...So sad! hi!sad to hear that..Actually my husband call NSO last friday and look for PJ not richard but his kind nman he told to my husband that our DV was forwarded to the USEM last sept 5..it takes also 1month coz USEM forward our request last aug 6 and back to USEM this sept 5..Now i dont know when our visa will release i dont know also how long they review it..Im hoping this week our visa will release..God is Good.. just be patient and try to call PJ his nice nmn..so gudluck!God Bless	MAUCHI	Female	Philippines	2008-09-08 01:58:00

As per my personal experience and the experience of a couple of others that I know are going through the same thing, it may take another 3 - 4 weeks. First thing you have to do is to call Grace or Lorraine at USEM to make sure that they do already have your DV results. Depending on when they got it, count another 1 - 2 weeks before they forward your results to the CO handling your case. After the CO gets it, count another 1 - 2 weeks before the visa is released. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Document is with the CO	Hi guys!for me its a good news. .my husband called USEM today and asked what the status of our documents and they told my husband that our document was with the CO already last friday..Do you have any idea guys how long it will take to CO's desk before they release our visa?tinanong din ng husband ko kung totoo na walang masyadong CO ngyon kasi nga bumalik sila ng US and they waiting for the replacement,totoo nga daw pero hindi na raw maapektuhan yung samen kasi nasa CO na yung case nmen maybe daw yung mga ka rerelease lang from NSO..
