Philippines	k1 approved but not pursuing the marriage	hi everyone.. I need your help. I already have my K1 visa which was approved last December. In the course of 3 months, a lot of things happened, my fiance and I mutually decided not to pursue getting married soon due to the many personal matters involved. We agreed of delaying the plans since we both realized that we might have just been deceived by our emotions in getting married too soon. We love each other, yes, but there are areas we still need to work on and for us to prepare ourselves more for a better partnership in time.. 1. I just want to ask what shall I do with my visa? leave it like that and let it expire? or shall I inform the embassy regarding the changes of our plans? By the way I am planning to get a tourist visa since I already have my ticket and a two more round trip passes to US issued by my employer (Philippine Airlines). Will there be any conflict if I apply a tourist visa now since my K1 isn't expired yet? I need your help.. sad.gif it was never easy to decide not to pursue but we really have to.. I just praise God we're still good and ok. Appreciate your future responses! Philippines	Are you STRESS pinay...?	hello fellow vjers...to let you know...napagdaanan ko na rin yang mga stress ninyo. sobrang hirap talaga at nakakapagpahina sa atin ng loob. minsan nga, naisip kong maggive up nalang para wala ng stress...pero d ko ginawa dahil gustong gusto ko ng makasama ang mahal ko.pinilit kong nilabanan ang hirap at hinarap anuman ang mga prosesong dumating...imagine, nagsimula akong kumuha ng passport ko august 2009, hanggang sa sunod sunod na ang mga pinagagawa sa akin...punta ng manila pra sa medical..kuha ng ganito,ganyan...wala akong ibang matanungan kundi ang sarili ko lang. SABI NG HUSBAND KO we never give up on it...kaya laban kami hangang sa dulo ng mundo. kaya heto kami ngayon,magkasama na at sabay naming tinahak ang anupamang processesong darating... about sa medical, mostly, kung wala kang problema sa iyong kalusugan,matatapos ang medical sa loob lamang ng dalawang araw...sa akin...1 at kalahating araw lang. pero binigyan ako ng 4 na vaccine at a time. kakastress talaga. speaking of the day of interview!!...in my case...excited ako at kinabahan, imagine araw na ng paglilitis? hahayyy...buong gabi akong hindi nakatulog...ewan ko, siguro dahil sa sari saring bagay ang nasa isip ko... pero ng kaharap ko na ang mga consul na mag ininterview sa akin. nagkaroon ako ng lakas ng loob...isang sagot lang bawat tanong...huwag paiba iba ang sagot to avoid denial... and look straigth to the eye of the comsul...like what you said....be patience, be strong....and keep smiling...ofcorse prayer is the most important.....dasal ka ng 10 AMA NAMIN HABANG PAPUNTA KA NG US EMBASSY...AND YOU WILL WILL BE FINE...so GOOLUCK SA INYONG INTERVIEW..... thankz...well yes..kabado na ako ngayon palang..pero eto i need to be calm and stay positive..review some info that mybe they will ask me...ready all my requirements to bring..on monday na yun...grabe ngayon palang di na ako matulog.. 1st time kasi nangyari satin toh lahat..kastress..new experience..but we are excited this to be done..kasi ito ung susi sa legal na aspeto ng magasawa na gustong mabuhay at magsama ng masaya sa kanilang mga plano sa buhay...inlove..?..oo im inlove for the first time.. at sa lalaking toh..sa kanya kasi me natuto sa lahat..	**ash(16)jOhn**	Female	Philippines	2010-02-27 08:24:00

They didn't said that it was negative pero nung sabihin na i will have my immunization, I know for sure na negative yong result. Make sure you have about 250 Pesos in your pocket at all times, because you will want to pay Air21 when they deliver your visa! We also received a white slip from the Embassy. My wife received her visa C.O.D. from Air21 about three or four business days after she submitted the needed documents to the Embassy. When Air21 finally texted her that her visa was going to be delivered, she quickly took a taxi to the local Air21 office and picked up her visa early! Philippines	registered at air21..!! but not get the pink slip..how is this..?	If the Embassy has your passport, you will get your visa. At your interview, you most likely received Form 221g, the white slip, which listed the documents you needed to submit to the Embassy. You already submitted the documents to the Embassy, so now you have to wait for your visa. You will not receive a pink slip, and you will not be required to interview again. Congratz!!! Wow talaga..well im glad to hear that...but we still having problems..coz he called the embassy earlier..and says that in the data base they are waiting for the original I-134 form from us..so we need to submit it as soon as possible...my question now is..how long i will be waiting..after we completed it all..? tnx to you..we do really hope this month i can go travel na.. Philippines	registered at air21..!! but not get the pink slip..how is this..?	hi...the same thing happened to me...the CO asked for hubby's updated Income Tax Return (2009) and the guy at window 37 gave me a registration form for Air21..I have a quick question if you dont mind..did you just submit the papers that they asked for? Or did you have another interview when you gave the papers? I'm planning to drop by the embassy tomorrow but I really dunno what to expect... yes i just submitted it all..its 2 documents..same as yours..income tax returns and together with its w-2 stubs..and I-134 form ( but its a scanned form he fill out and send thru my ym)..and now its not valid..so we need to submit the original..haaaaay..kastress noh...well no interview follow na..just give it n u can go home na.. Philippines	purchasing RT vs. 1way plane ticket..after visa approval.	RT is cheaper BUT if you buy a discount ticket it is NON REFUNDABLE so you will lose the other part of the ticket AND you generally cannot change the dates to use the one part again. I found a site in Asia that does one ways for less than the airlines themselves and I won't get stuck with a ticket I cannot use part of. Of if you do want to change anything on a RT to maybe use the one unused part, the change fees are quite high with some discount places. So check it out first. I don't have the web address with me at work for the place in Asia but I am able to match up the return flight with what I would be on so we can travel together after I go over to bring her back.
