Do I have to worry about customs I also wanted to send him a package of socks and a shirts with all the documents I need his signature. US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Interview packet for K-1. Dom rep	Ok. So I'm getting everything together. So that my fiancé has an exact replica of the original packet and when I visit him in December and in march I will update his packet. My question is...... Can I punch holes in this and put this in a 3 ringer binder? It will be more organized and easier to locate things when asked.... However all originals will be put inside a pocket protector. Is there such a thing as sending to much evidence --- Like do I send an entire year of phone records--- bank records of transactions in the d.r. 2. I know I am not to the point yet for sponsorship, but I work under the table.... $200.00 a week ... Food stamps. My mother is going to sponsor him, but will I be denied because I get food stamps for me and my child. That is the only type of benefits I apply for and ask for. 3. I am not sure how to answer some of the information on the I 129 form. I've spoken to a lawyer, she wants $3000.00 to help..... That's crazy!!! 4. I have his original birth certificate from 1985..... Do I need a current one, I have read documents must be 60 days old 5. Can someone please tell me all the fee's associated with the k-1 visa and afterwards...... That's what I did. 3. I wrote see personal statement. And then titled personal statement. Mine was 2 pages B sure to out your name and date I. It. And ALSO sign it 4. Emails and Skype conversation if you can. The more the better. 5. Single page! Front and back. I would also include copies of your passport. Just for a piece of mind.
